I scheduled a home cleaning service with Tidy for today at 9:30 AM. The assigned cleaner canceled at the last minute, and the companys system began looking for a replacement. However, more than five hours passed without a replacement being dispatched or any update *********** a result, I had to take time off work and begin cleaning my home myself. I reached out to customer service requesting a refund due to the extreme delay and lack of service, but instead of a resolution, they informed me that a replacement was suddenly availablefar too late to be useful. They then stated that if I canceled, I would be charged 50% of the $236 fee.This is completely unreasonable. I did not receive the service I paid for, and the company failed to deliver on the scheduled time, leaving me to clean my own house and lose work hours. I am requesting a full refund and believe other consumers should be aware of this companys unreliable scheduling, poor communication, and unfair refund policy.I will also be disputing this charge with my credit card provider if the refund is not promptly issued.Initial Complaint

I completed a cleaning request online on 5/14 for a cleaning job on Saturday, May 17, 2025. I provided my address, phone number, email and credit card information. I checked the box to only charge the card after the job was completed. On Saturday morning I received a message that ****** the cleaning person could not make it and no one else came. Then I received a text message changing the date to 6/14. I replied. "Cancel all jobs! Tidy left me stranded today without a cleaning person. This was the first and is the last time I will schedule with Tidy!" Today, 5/18, I noticed a pending charge on my credit card for $138. This charge was not authorized and is fraudulent. This company tried advertising their service to me by littering on my property. I don't want companies leaving trash in my driveway that I then have to clean up. I want the company to come pick up their litter.Initial Complaint

1) I won the Hillshire Parent Time Off sweepstakes of $150 credit to Tidy.com 2 They cancelled/resched until my code was no longer valid Appalled I reached out w my concerns. I was blown off 10/10 I sched Tidy for 11/4 11/1 - Tidy cancelled ******* 3 days prior for a family emergency and was trying to find a substitute 11/4 - no *******, no sub. Tidy cancelled 11/4- rescheduled for 11/18 11/15- Tidy cancelled ******* 3 days prior for a family emergency and was trying to find a substitute 11/15- I questioned if this is normal and how ******* can know of family emergencies in advance. 11/16- got a message stating I cancelled my 11/18 appointment. I replied not true,, Tidy cancelled it. They replied this was how their prompts show up but they did cancel because neither ******* nor a sub were available.They asked if I could do the 19th. I said no but I could do the 22nd 11/21- no confirm for the 22nd so I emailed again They said no to the 22nd & recommended I give a list of pros I knew that they could use. I told them if I had a pro I wouldnt need Tidy 11/23- I resched through the concierge. I said 12/2 anytime 11/29- ******* cancelled 12/2 for a family emergency 3 days in advance. 12/2- cancelled no sub available 12/6- resched for 12/16 12/9- ******* cancelled 12/16 for a family emergency 3 days prior. 12/10- ******* asked to change the time on 12/16. I said yes. 12/13- got email that my Hillshire credit was no longer valid. It expired on 11/30. They said cleaning was paused until I paid full price. I lost it & said they cancelled enough times until the voucher expired.had back up times like they suggested. It was their ************ should honor the credit. I also asked if worth losing a new client over $150 Tidy also discriminated stating promotion was for clients. Tidy canceled my cleaning for the second time in a row, even though they show a $750.00 credit on my account. The balance should be $825.00, but Tidy added promised credits and then removed them for no reason. I cannot get a response from the company, so I believe they owe me a refund of $825 so I can book with a cleaner who will actually show up and do the job.Initial Complaint

I won a tidy parents day off contest, it was for a $150 gift code for cleaning service. The person I booked, showed up, did the job (a great job I might add) and when it came time to pay, the gift code was no good. I reached out to tidy 4 times on the concierge tab & have yet to get any kind of response.Initial Complaint

I hired TIDY for a cleaning. They sent a guy who I had previously blocked from coming to my residence. (Unsure how he was allowed to come back). He stole a package that was delivered to me while he was there. I would like Tidy to refund me the cost of the package.Initial Complaint

the company has folks that distribute flyers throughout the neighborhood for cleaning services...The are tresspassing on our subject properties and liter with the wasteful flyers...they seem very sleazy since they do not offer a phone number.Initial Complaint

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! On Thursday 2 Spanish speaking cleaners came to our home for a 4 hour cleaning job. After 30 mins they came and told me they had the wrong home and literally ran out of my home everything out of place. Luckily my partner said something wasn't right and check our jewelry and the cleaners stole 2 Cartier rings, a gold watch, and 2 gold bracelets. I had no way to contact the company except for email and they refused to help and sent me a link saying they aren't responsible for theft. All we could do is file a police report. This company is a joke. Please protect your family and stuff and don't allow these people into your homes.
