    ******* was late in the morning so she asked us not to cancel and to instead reschedule her for the afternoon because she had another cleaning to go to. We agreed, 4:30 came and went, we tried calling her personal number and txting. No answer, showed up a half hour (5:00) late on second attempt. We couldnt wait around for her at that point. No number to contact for money back! No way to get refund. No cleaning done. Wish we saw that this business has 402 One star reviews online many with similar complaints about being a scam and taking peoples money. This was a birthday gift for my mom. Instead she got no cleaning and we lost $72!

    I scheduled a cleaning service after paying $138 which is full price. In their additional note section, I wrote I am home and knock when you get here; nobody showed up. Then I reached out to them. They said the pro came and called nobody answered. No call was received and I noted for them to knock.

    I hired Tidy.com for an apartment cleaning in approximately five days. They canceled on the day of my cleaning, leaving me no time to find someone else for that day. They also will not respond to phone call or email requests for support and their website will not allow me to remove my credit card information. This is a scam and likely fraudulent. Stay away

    This service is terrible. Multiple times I tried to book only to be canceled and not refunded my money. I was told that the only option was to have credit on file but I will not be using the service again because again, they are terrible!

    This company is stealing from the workers. They have taken about 300 of my hard earned money. I drive all over ******* using my gas and my products and they dont care. They app is trash and doesnt work even if you go on the website. If you have issues navigating to and from they penalize you and take money from You.how are they able to provide a service to people and they dont answer emails they dont answer the cleaners. Any issue Ive had and complaints on a customer has been unanswered. They side with the customers even when they lie to get free services. Is this what the world has come to poor service and stealing from hard working people. Ive sent several emails because they dont have a real customer service person. They lazy and wanna dispute via email. Im tired of them taking money from me because theyre app doesnt work properly and I want all the money. They owe me

    I joined Tidy.com in hopes to work as a cleaner.There is no way to log in to the website, or retrieve my password.I enter the correct password.The only way I can log in is I go to another link which they sent me on an email for a tidy pro website and it automatically logs me in.Once there, when I get jobs, they don't post the address of the clients, so there is no way for me to show up and do the work.They charge me for not showing up and I owe them money which they take out of my bank account.I requested they delete my account multiple times to stop this fraud and scam and they refuse to.The fees keep piling up.This is a scam, please help.
