  Once I edited my rates to higher pay my job decreased to almost none . They charge cleaners who pay for their own cleaning supplies , and take away money they are scheduled to pay them for fees like cancellation fees up to 30 dollars each but when they cancel on you they give you 10 dollars .

  They dont actually do background checks on anyone. My cleaner / thief had 5 different profiles with different names and identities. He stole all my family heirlooms and has left me with debilitating anxiety. Tidy does nothing to help, theyre simply a vessel in helping criminals steal from people.

  I believe this may be a ************* I scheduled a cleaning for 2 cleaners for 4 hours. I wanted big, yearly cleaning. They were to arrive at 9:30. At 9:45 they inform me that they cannot come because of personal issues they were having. I told them fine, give me a refund. A few minutes later they contact me saying they can send one person. I said fine, but be sure to give me a refund since it is one person. The cleaner arrives and didn't even do basic cleaning. Did not clean my shower, vacuum, skipped furniture and didn't dust, didn't clean the microwave - all the basics. My To Do list never got touched like cleaning blinds, baseboards, window ***** which is why I wanted 2 people for 4 hours. The cleaner left after 3 hours. I have repeatedly told them to give me a refund. They gave me $35 towards another cleaning. I originally paid $373. They owe me over half of what I paid. I will never allow them in my home again. And it's impossible to get a hold of them. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well.

  Nothing seemed to be lifted up and cleaned underneath. It doesnt even smell clean. And the pillows from the couch were left thrown on the floor. I started to clean what was missed, and started having ******* ***** contractions and pain. So I absolutely had to stop cleaning. said he had to leave and that was it. He came to me and said I have 20 mins left, you want me to clean the kitchen or the living room? Thats not enough time for either!! At this point I just wanted him out of the house. I told him to do the kitchen floor at least. I dont know what he did, he came to me said it was done and left. It wasnt. I was still charged the Full amount. And told by Tidy.com to take it up with him. Which is not safe for the customer. This person knows where I live, I dont know anything about them and Im expected to reach out and argue for them to give me my money back. I barely said anything in the moment specifically because Im nine months pregnant and did not feel comfortable complaining to some young man I just met. and Im not open to whatever else may happen if he does not like what I have to say. Especially since Tidy.com does not take ownership and responsibility for their employees work. I had to call another cleaning service and have the job done properly. I have a new baby coming soon and this was very important to my preparation. It ended up being a huge inconvenience and disappointment and costing me more money. A full refund would be the only thing I can see acceptable to rectify. I cant get the time back and I still have to get the house cleaned and I do not want to take my chances with Tidy again.

  Complete SCAM do not use them!!! I was supposed to get a 4-hour cleaning service. ******* showed up at 10:06am and left at 11:37am. She didnt actually clean any of the bathrooms at all. No toilets or showers were cleaned. She wiped down a counter or two. She only vacuumed some areas and didnt mop anything. She left without telling me at all. I reached out to her via text and phone and said she wasnt done and wanted to speak with her and she wont answer her phone and simply texted back that she was done. This is a complete scam, I will be canceling my credit card now ask reporting this incident. Im also concerned that you put my family at risk since she is acting so unusual. Is she staying out my home and planning to rob **? How do you connect with these people this is horrible and cant believe you would allow this to happen.

  Do not use this company. They employee lazy people who actually just show up to say they did and take your money. Absolutely nothing was cleaned in my home. They literally robbed me and in the end offered only a $20 credit. Never again will I use this company!! I'd advise everyone to look elsewhere!

  If I could score a 0 out of 5, I would.My experience with Tidy.com is below: The woman "pro" who cleaned our home notified me via text prior to arriving that was on her way to our scheduled appointment. Upon arriving, she informed me that she was not sure if the other person we requested was coming to clean. We received a notification that the other person, who was scheduled to clean our home was sick and was not able to come. I informed her of the change and she informed me that she could get the house cleaned by herself. She proceeded to tell me that her vacuum attachments broke and asked if I had a vacuum cleaner. I found it odd that vacuuming was a top priority and request and yet, she did not own a working vacuum cleaner. I agreed and allowed her to use our personal vacuum cleaner. She proceeded into the house with her cleaning supplies and requested a walk-thru prior to starting. She informed me that my house was not dirty and will be able to clean it in a timely manner. She started in the master bathroom and took over 3 hours in one room. She informed me after 3+ hours that my house was dirtier than she anticipated and requested I schedule another appointment. I originally scheduled the service for 4 hours including 2 pros. Within 4 hours she completed the master restroom, and guest bathroom and vacuumed the master bedroom. All other tasks were left undone. Also, she left an unlabeled bottle in my master bathroom (pictures attached), which is concerning because I do not know the name of the cleaning product. I have extremely young children under the age of 2 as well as a dog, and there are several cleaning products such as Fabuloso on recall and currently in a lawsuit, and if tested, this product smells like Fabuloso This is unacceptable and could be potentially harmful to myself and my family.I have requested a full refund and have yet to receive one. I was told via the app to allow 3 days for the pro to accept my dispute or propose another resolution.

  Absolutely unacceptable level of negligence in cleaning the house. She took 2.5 hrs just to clean the kitchen. She wiped the partial floor in the living room and barely did the downstairs bathroom. After the 2.5 hrs, i insisted she atleast clean the bathrooms and paid her 60$ more to clean the bathrooms. The remaining house is untouched. I would like my $120 back or have someone dependable clean the remaining house. In 4 hours, only the kitchen was cleaned with partial mopping downstairs, and 2.5 bathrooms were partially cleaned (barely cleaned, counters, sink, tubs and toilets. No floor mopping). My previous 6 bed/10 room house used to take 4 hrs and would be spotless. The small kitchen, 2.5 baths and partial living room floor took her 4 hrs. Thank you for your consideration.
