    My name was included in a lawsuit against my employers, and I did not ask them to be included.I had to take time out of my schedule to 'opt out' of their lawsuit. I should not have to use my own time to 'opt out' of a lawsuit I did not know existed or wanted to be a part of. I did not solicit Simpluris in any way to be a part of this lawsuit.
