    WOW THIS COMPANY IS THE BIGGEST SCAM I HAVE EVER SEEN. TRYING TO FIND OUT WHY THESE GUYS ARE ALL THE SUDDEN GETTING INVOLVED WITH THE REMOVEDWILD FIRES RIGHT WHEN REMOVEDAND REMOVEDIS DROPPING OVER 1000 CASES AT THE DESDLINE, AFTER 2 YEARS. AND TELLING EVERYONE THAT ISNT GOING TO BE A MILLION DOLLAR CHECK FOR THEM THAT WE NOW HAVE TO REPRESENT OURSELVES, WITH 12 DAYS TO DEADLINE? THIS COMPANY. SIMPLURIS. REMOVEDAND REMOVED. AND ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN THIS FRAUD WILL BE ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLET, NEWS STATION, ATTORNEY GENERAL, AND REMOVEDWE CAN POSSIBLY FIND. THESE SCAM ARTISTS, REMOVED, REMOVEDWITH REMOVEDAND REMOVEDOUT OF REMOVEDAND REMOVED, AS WELL AS THIS REMOVED, THE OWNER OF THIS SIMPLURIS REMOVEDNEED TO BE SHUT DOWN, AT THE VERY LEAST, SPREAD ALL OVER ANY NATIONAL PLATFORM POSSIBLE. ITS CRIMINALS LIKE THIS THAT MAKE OUR LEGAL SYSTEM SO SCREWED UP AND EXPENSIVE BECAUSE LAZY CROOKS LIKE THESE GUYS SCAM VICTIMS OUT OF THEIR RIGHTFUL SETTLEMENTS.

    NO STARS IF POSSIBLE! This company keeps your settlement money by blaming the post office. They claimed i never sent my request to be included in the a class action suit. Which I did! Now they are saying it's too late to do anything about it. It was Chou vs REMOVED.

    They were supposed to send me money from a settlement on the 27th of November and I still havent received anything They have been closed for the holidays so you cant call t complain and I figured this was done purposely

    I feel simpluris is holding our money to gain interest and I feel its unfair they were supposed to send the payments on nov.27 it's now nov.30 and still no settlement payment they need to be investigated.

    The state of Washington's Attorney General contracted with this company to handle a price-fixing settlement. It has been a total fiasco. Thousands of checks were sent to deceased persons and many thousands more were not sent out at all. The fault really lies with the state for hiring these clowns. But this company's ineptness borders on what looks like an actual scam. And there should a public investigation of their practices.

    My name was incorrectly added to a class action case No. 8:21-CV-01886-DOC-ADS. They have two different spellings of my name. They sent me two post cards containing the claim numbers REMOVED, and 7163179.I had never done business with the defendant "Smile Brands".I have repeatedly asked Simpluris for my name(s) to be removed. They refuse to respond. I ask for nothing but the removal of my personal details, that they have no other business with them, and no history with them.I am making a demand that is reasonable, not illegal, and will only take seconds.

    This company is unprofessional, dishonest and should not be trusted with large amounts of money to distribute. I reached out to them to inquire about the status of my disbursement (payment). I was given several different answers, told someone would get back to me (never did) and outright lied to. It seems as though they contract with large attorney firms, receive money to distribute to claimants and then ignore the court order regarding deadlines and actions.
