    Waiting over a month for payment from this company. I wish my lawyers had used another one but here we are. Its a pretty large settlement and when I try and get through to speak with someone it goes nowhere. Not sure where to go from here other than wait and spread the word wide and far.

    Signed a settlement offer and these people said they have no idea when they will pay out! That makes zero sense! It seems like they hold our funds to gain the most interest possible I’m sure it’s not legal and there are many of us who absolutely don’t agree with their practices! How some lawyers deal we these people are beyond me!

    just holding our money to gain interest is crazy there’s no reason for it to take months on end for disbursement.

    The company Simpluris has sent a settlement payment through ****** on 9/15. I never received payment, as well as when I call simpluris they are unable to provide a transaction number for the payment sent. The payment is a settlement from ******* data breach . Every time I call and speak to a supervisor they are not much help as they tell me to call back the next day and when I do its the same thing . All Id like is my payment sent or resent if there was a problem with the initial payment. Ive gotten settlements before from the same company and I usually redo payment same or next day . An agent told me payment was lost , then a supervisor told me to still *********** next week .

    I called to have my payment method updated and the agent refused so the payment is gonna get sent to an closed Venmo account instead of the direct deposit i asked her.

    I have been trying to get my deceased husband, settlement Check* re-issued in my name, the beneficiary his wife and have sent them all of the documents that they asked for including an affidavit that was notarized with the original check, which was in my husbands name for them to re-issue the check in my name I have just been getting the runaround I sent documents to them multiple times priority mail and they always say the same thing they did not receive anything even though I told them I have a tracking number that shows me that the mail was delivered to the ** Box that was on a simpluris letter that they sent me with the ** Box address on it. I am the widow of the person that passed and Im just trying to have that check re-issued in my name so I can cash it. This has been going on since June 3, 2025 and its always the same answer when I call they dont see any information in the computer as far as priority mail and for me to call back in one or two weeks the check will be expiring next month so I dont know what else to do.

    I was one of the many that had their information compromised due to S**** ****** ********** having a data breach. I received letters stating I should file a claim, but my name is incorrect. I tried calling about this and every time I do (except two times) I get a very rude person on the phone saying that 1) I have to send a photo with my correct name via email and 2) I had to wait for an update. I sent 2 emails with my information and that was nearly 3 months ago. I called on 9/3/25 to get an update, again I was told to wait, the deadline is coming up and how can I file anything if they got the wrong name? It shouldn't take 3 months to update a name and they need better people to answer the phone because they are very, and I mean VERY rude. My case member number is ******, and the unique ID is ************ I want my info corrected so I can file this claim.

    I have attempted to contact Simpluris via phone and email to no avail. I am simply trying to find out where my ******* Settlement Check is, when it was supposedly mailed to me, etc...etc...I have tried multiple phone numbers along with a customer service email address on their website. I just want answers plain and simple. By the way the settlement check is between $750 and $800 Thank you,***** ******

    The response did not include the confirmation of the mailing address for my check, when it was mailed out and nothing regarding why they never answer their phones. 

    I await those answers before I add my review to the many others (mostly terrible) on numerous platforms.

    Ive been trying to get payment from an arbitration case involving Instacart! I didnt hire this company to represent me or to hold any money for me !!! They are refusing to issue payment of ****** owed from a settlement with Instacart! I want my money immediately!!!!

    The company simpluris said that they had sent my check from class action lawsuit on July 1st. They weren't only sending my check but several other ex employees of eco *******. I have reached out to several other employees of Eco ******* and They too had not received their check by July 24th 2025. They then require us please to pay a $10 fee for priority for his class.

    On June 23, 2025 Simpluris received a call from ******** **** to request a check reissued.  The check would be mailed first class mail however priority mail with tracking was requested and ******** **** agreed to a $10 deduction for the cost of delivery.

    Company is they are sending a check out. Waiting no check and then they say we can issue another check for a extra fee. I think they are investigating settlement funds.
