  10/31/2024 I ordered this wig from this company and upon receipt it was nothing like advised. The color and style is not as described. They gave me three options 1.) refund $40.00 from $****** 2.) 40% off of a future order 3.) Have a stylist intall the wig. None of which is acceptable. I requested a full refund. They refused to give me a full refund in the amount of $ ****** Idefine Wig *************************** *******

  The wig looks nothing like the picture and returns are not easy or even possible. They wanted me to pay for postage to send it back to ***** which would have been over a hundred dollars. Don't buy from this place

  I purchased a wig from Idefine wig and the wig look nothing like the picture. The wig was very deceiving. The pictures of their wigs are beautiful however I would be very hesitant to order from them again.

  The wig in the photo on their website was not the wig I received. It took weeks to respond to my email only to ask if I had washed or dyed the wig. I never received information on how to send back for refund. They just took my money. I'll never order from Idefine Wig again.

  READ THE REVIEWS!!!I recently purchased a wig from IDefine Wigs, expecting to receive a product that matched the online photo. Unfortunately, the wig I received bore little resemblance to what was advertised, leading to a very disappointing experience.Upon contacting IDefine Wigs for an exchange, I was taken aback by their request for a $60 return fee. It's unreasonable to charge customers for the return of products that were misrepresented in the first place. This policy seems unfair, especially when the discrepancy is due to the company's misleading advertisement.Adding to the frustration was my attempt to communicate with their customer service. Our conversation was abruptly disconnected, and subsequent efforts to reach out have been met with silence. While I understand the challenges posed by time differences, given that the company is based in *****, the complete lack of response to my attempts at communication is unacceptable.This experience has been disheartening. I had hoped for a simple resolution, but instead, I am left with a product I'm unsatisfied with and out of pocket with no recourse. I cannot recommend IDefine Wigs due to their misleading advertising, unreasonable return policy, and poor customer service. Customers deserve transparency and accountability, neither of which IDefine Wigs has provided in my case.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DEALER!!! I ordered 2 wigs from Idefine wigs and received them 4 days later. Unfortunately, the wigs that I received were NOT the wigs that I ordered! The hair was thin and too shiny, the color was different, and the length was much shorter.The website states that there is a 30-day return policy, so I initiated contact via email on 3 separate occasions before finally getting a response to request a return authorization.A customer service representative called me and asked that I take pictures of the wigs and send them to Idefine. I didn't understand why it was necessary and sensed that they were looking for an excuse not to refund me my money,.& that they were procrastinating. I was assured that it was "company policy" and that I would be sent a return address once the pictures were received. THEY LIED! The next day I got an email telling me that they were going to give me a 40% discount on my NEXT PURCHASE(?) & that I should take the wigs to a stylist and hopefully get them to style it more to my liking! They are scammers! They use pictures from other websites and advertise like the wigs are their own when they are NOT!

  I would give Idefine a -zero if possible. I ordered a wig from this company on February 22nd. I received it on March 4th, and notified Idefine I wanted to return it and requested an Authorization #. The wig was poor quality, and shaking it some of the hair fell out. It didnt appear to be human hair nor was human hair listed any place. The person who answered the phone gave me the run-around and offer me a 40% discount, but I am not interested, I wanted to return it. The person I spoke with gave me an address in *****. I went to the post office to send it there; the price was $75.00 for a $112.00 wig. I contacted the BBB and located their office at: **********************************************. *****. I mailed it there and the same person called to say she couldnt accept it. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make sure that you can live with the product you order, because its a SCAM if you try to return it. I have ordered from LUVME WIGS, a no hassle, prepaid return.

  I tried to return a wig they my daughter bought for me for Christmas! One look at the wig and I knew it was not something I wanted ! She tried to return the wig and they dont want to send the information on what to do after she contacted them and submitted all the information! I just want the money back

  It's a scam. The wig I ordered is not the wig I received. It has a bad oder. It was wap sided. instead of brown tint, it was orange. The *** cut was a mess. Would have returned but too expensive, although it boast of fast returns.

  What is frustrating, there is nothing I can do with it; it doesn't even fit right on my head, weird!!!
