    Do not buy from the company they are definitely fraud. They sold me this synthetic *** wig for $200 this the worse company ever. **************** gets a 0 because they never responded. The *** wasnt advertised plus I took forever to receive this c*** I just wont order off ******** no more.

    Do not buy from this company. The wig you receive is not what is advertised on the website. When you contact their customer service via email, you won't get a response, there isn't a number you can call when you want to talk to someone, since they're based out of *****. So essentially you can't do an exchange nor request a refund. But once they have your email they will ******* you with more offers, more sales but you can't get thru to their customer service. Buyer beware! DO NOT buy from this company!

    Never received the wig I paid for that was over $300. I filed a dispute. No communication from customer service regarding this nor a tracking number never given! Website scam!!

    *** never bought a wig this terribleit's really disappointing! I wouldn't even give it one star. I'm so frustrated with myself for not reading the reviews beforehand; it cost me $461, and I feel totally ripped off.

    Ive spent more on clothes and accessories, but honestly, this wig turned out to be the best fashion investment Ive made all year. It instantly upgraded my whole look. Whether I wear it to a formal event or just for a casual day out, it always gets attentionin the best way! Plus, its super easy to maintain, which makes it perfect for my busy routine.

    Do not order wigs from IDEFINEWIG, they recently ROBBED me by giving me the option of accepting a $80 refund and saying because the process take so long this would be better , and told me I can keep both wigs only to find out the next day they were still billing me through AFTERPAY and now they are not answering

    The initial wigs that I ordered from Idefine were very nice. The wigs that I received resembled what was advertised on their website, meaning that the unit was curled and I was able to style it. Around 2022/2023 I ordered a loose curled wig and it arrived totally straight, without style, very thin and very visible tracks but I was able to curl and style it sufficiently. I then ordered a short tapered pixie cut wig and it arrived the same way with no curls or style, thin and just horrible looking and due to the very short length, it was impossible for me to style. I dont know why Idefine started sending very low quality product. I never attempted to return the wigs. I just decided that I would never purchase another item from Idefine. I am so disappointed in the poor product that is being SOLD to trusting consumers.

    ONE STAR IS NOT LOW ENOUGH!!! I ordered 4 wigs from this company. My bill was $427. Their website said Easy 30 Day Returns. Only one of the wigs looked even close to what I ordered, and it took 5 weeks to get them! The wigs were thin and stringy with tracks showing. IT IS NOT 100% HUMAN HAIR AS THE WEBSITE DESCRIBED. The wigs are garbage! I requested to return 3. They urged me to keep them (because return shipping would be expensive) and get a hairdresser to fix them. They offered me $40 to use on my next order. I refused; they offered me $100 and still did not give me directions to return. They said if you insist on returning them, send pictures (I already sent them pictures with the original request to return.) I came here to look for reviews and found their horrible reputation. I then realized I accidentally ordered from the company I was told NOT to order from. Ugh! Any way....this company has no intent to satisfy customers. They are scammers! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!
