    This company is a scam. They advertise 30 day refund, but never answer emails or phone. Wig received was nothing like the picture!!Do not order from here !

    Received message from ****. My order will not be delivered due to counterfeit postage. Only recompense I might have is via my fialnancial institution. Out $189. Below is the notification that popped up when I typed the tracking number. **** Tracking Update Tracking Number: xxxxxxxxx Latest Update The package associated with this tracking number was found to bear counterfeit postage and is now considered ************** property under **** regulations and will not be delivered. You are encouraged to contact the sender/merchant and/or your credit card company, as applicable, to seek a refund or other available recourse.Alert Seized by **** for Counterfeit Postage

    I ordered c part wig, large cap. It did not have a part, and it was too small. They offered to give me $10 back instead of returning it. It would have cost $32 to ship back, and still not sure if they would refund. They said it takes a long time for inspection and processing. I will not purchase from them again. Never had that problem with Luvme. Very unhappy customer.

    This company sells wigs that are poor quality. The last one I purchased was awful. No way would I wear it. Then they wanted pictures which I sent. After seeing the poor quality they offered me $25.00 refund and told me to let my stylish rework the wig. They have no idea what this would cost me. The wig is not worth spending another dime on. That wig was lopsided and looked as if someones three year old had chopped it off with scissors. I am very disappointed and will not be ordered from them again.

    All Im going to say is DO NOT ORDER from this company. They do not stand behind their 30 day return policy. Everything negative review here is my experience so I want type all that out.

    Dont waste your hard earned money. The wig does not look anything like what I ordered. I ordered a large cap paid the extra money only to get a regular cap. The hair in the back is very uneven. They will never get another dime of my money period. I buy a lot of wigs. This was the first time I ordered from idefine wigs. I have loved every other wig I have ordered but this one is the worst!!!! When I say bad its bad. The hair feels good but the wig is horrible

    Do not deal with this company. I ordered what was advertised as a ready to wear wig. What I received was a Build-a-Wig. When I requested the return address I was told to take it to my stylist. I will not pay $120+ for a wig then pay extra to make it wearable. Run from Idefinewig!

    My first thought was to not order but I did and I am getting no response about my refund they are truly not who they say they are
