  If I could give less than a star I would. This company is horrible! I as well have asked to return things and was only offered a 30% discount to keep the clothes and then a future discount which will never been used and I would rather go naked than wear or buy anything from this company. Clothes are poorly made, nothing like images online. No where on the website does it say you are only entitled to 30% refund and I mentioned this in my correspondence and have yet to hear back. They take forever to reply, I guess hoping you will eventually get tired of asking or you will go over the 30 day refund. I too wish I would have checked these reviews before ordering. Horrible, deceiving, dishonest company.!!!

  DONT BUY ANYTHING!!!!! This is a China based company with locations in the ** and ******** sounding names. Do your homework. There are a multitude of these clothing compared that are ***** based. The clothes are cheap and dont fit properly. No refund is honored.

  I ordered 4 items for a total of $134. After waiting 3weeks I received 3 items with the explanation that one item was out of stock, yet they charged me $43.99 anyway. After starting a PayPal request I only got $37.49 returned to my account. I needed to return an item because it was too small. After numerous requests for help in returning the outfit for a refund, I was told this: Hi How about you keep the item and we refund you 30% of the item's price and offer you a 20% discount coupon for your next purchase? Hope you understand that this is the best compensation we can get for you. I highly recommend you consider this.If you have other ideas, please feel free to let me know. Looking forward to hearing from you.Best regards,****** This is not acceptable, and should not be allowed to continue. I have reported them on ********* but I still keep getting ads from them.

  Same as everyone else, they will not accept the returns, just keep offering me $30 plus a discount on future orders. There will NEVER be a future order. The clothes don't fit and feel pretty cheap. Really wish I would have checked here first. UGH!!!

  Holy cow!! I have reached out several times to this company to return every item that they sent me. I wish I had gone here first to see these reviews. This company is absolutely horrible. I cant wait to show my husband all these bad reviews. The $100 I spent they are about to just keep and Ill give their clothes away to someone that can wear, and enjoy them (hopefully).. Do not order anything from this company, the clothes arent nothing like the photos and the quality is paper like. I ordered 5 items and they were all terrible and again nothing like the pictures they have.

  Same reasons as everyone else. Attempting to return items for full refund but they are not providing the requisite info they stated on their website (address and authoriziation). I spent over $100. They are trying to play games and offer $25 credit for me to keep the items. I don't want any of them. I plan to call my credit card company. I also will be blasting on social media and have submitted a complaint with BBB.

  Totally agree won't accept returns and they don't fit and website says free return policy, wish i had checked here first. I have disputed teh charge with my credit card company. I also had issues with originally receiving the items - took 4 weeks. Now fighting with them and they last email:How about we refund you 50% and you keep the product? Let's take a step back from each other. Looking forward to hearing from you. my response:Not sure what you mean by take a step back from each other. I want to return the items, they don't fit and your website says I can return don't know what is so difficult about this request. The items don't fit. I want to return and I want a refund

  Worst company I have ever dealt with. Refused to give me a return merchandise number. I sent the clothes back anyway and then was told I sent them to the wrong address. Im shocked they are still in business. ****** learned, never buy anything from a ******** ad no matter how cute it looks!
