    Omg horrible, same story, dealt with them for a month now!!! Do not order, I pushed and pushed to return everything it is a SCAM!! company products so cheap you can see thru shirts, fabric super cheap nothing fits, strings left all over fabric, poorly sewn, material super cheap. Nothing looks like it does on the website. I am now stuck with clothes, they won't allow returns, so they are making a fortune off of unsuspecting buyers. They won't give you a customer service number, don't give any last names or supervisors, don't give a return address,, even though on packaging it has a ********** return address, spent ****** and have not yet received a refund, I finally got them to say they will give me *************************************************************************** to back off from the emails, what?? Poor customer service. DONT order anything, I so wish I would have read these reviews!! I will never order anything online again unless I am fully aware of and know the brick and mortar store!!

    Horrible company to work with. The clothes ran several sizes too small. They claim to give refunds if you contact them within 15 days, but they refuse to do it. They just keep offering a discount. I finally gave up and took whatever discount I could get. I will never purchase from them again.

    I wish I did my homework. Ordered 6 shirts one size larger than what I wear. Not one fit. Ordered xl has to be medium. Only received 4 shirts,two which were the same thing ( not ordered that way) . Material was not what was advertised. I'm going to have to donate them to a person who can wear them and take the loss.

    I ordered $100 worth of shirts and only 1 fit. The quality is TERRIBLE! DO NOT ORDER A SINGLE ITEM from this company. They told me to "lay the shirt out on a counter and measure it and compare it with their size chart and send pictures" are you kidding me? I will be blasting on social media as well as many others in the history of complaints listed below and filing with the BBB.DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING! NOTHING!!!!!

    Worst company to deal with for returns. Clothes are mediocre. When I tried to start a return process for 2 items ($50 value) I was given the runaround with two emails asking why I was returning the pieces. Next email offered me $8 and I could keep the clothes (that I didnt want). Next email offered me 50% refund and I could keep the items. However, after I mentioned that I had contacted Better Business Bureau and PayPal about them, I was immediately offered a full refund if I returned the clothes using original packaging (which I still had) and included an extremely detailed account of the reason for return. I had to pay the shipping ($15). They offered me $46 and I took it. Basically, I got $31 of my $50 back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

    Horrible company and clothing! My comments are the same as everyones. They wont exchange or refund anything!! They offered me $12 refund on over $80 of items They should be investigated for fraud!

    This company should be shut down! I placed an order and immediately received a confirmation email, but that was the end of any communications from them. When I would log into my account, it said that no orders had been placed. I disputed the charge with my credit card company (they are still investigating) and within a day finally received the crappy clothes. Nothing fit, the material is horrible, all of the handling tags say "hand wash, line dry" - who the heck does that nowadays? I just loved the look of the clothing on their website, but in person, the material is just horrible. I bought 9 outfits and tops and hate every single one of them. I've been trying for weeks to get them to honor their return policy but just keep getting offers of 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50% and the last one 50% of the price I paid with a discount for future purchases!!! Like I would ever order from them again!!!! They will not send me the address to return the clothes. I think they think I will give up and accept their offer but that's not going to happen. So for now, my credit card company has reversed the charge and I'm waiting for them to make a determination. I was totally willing to return the clothes at my own cost, but now I'm thinking I'll just give them to Goodwill to get them out of my office - if I have to take the loss, I'll take it because of my own stupidity. I should have come here first but I was lured in. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

    Awful company, no customer service. I returned two items, the items were signed for but I never received a credit on my credit card. Sent numerous emails to their customer service department, never received any replies. I would never use this company they are terrible. Wish I had found this site before I purchased anything.
