    I purchased 2 pairs of pants, a T-shirt and necklace from Curveladies.com. In July 2024. The tshirt is fine and The necklace I gave as a gift. The quality of the material used for the pants was NOT what was pictured and neither fit well. I went to their website - and the only way to communicate is by email. I asked for return instructions. them I wanted to return the items. I have had 6 messages from them and in each case they say it will be too expensive to return the items and what size do I usually wear? - they will not give me an address to which I can return (and there was no type of return slip with the package). They keep offering 30, 40 and 50% of what I paid rather than provide return instructions at my expense. I emailed again and said I would accept what I paid back for a return. Now they are not responding. This company is using poor business practices and are scamming customers through click bait advertising.

    0 stars. They will not refund my money nor provide a return address. I ordered 4 shirts, paid over $100.00 and they are offering me a 20% refund if I keep the items. They are not the advertised items. They are very poor quality garbage. Terrible scam

    Beware! I ordered items and nothing fitted. Everything is irregular and small. They insisted on not giving me address to return items nor give me a full refund. First offered me 30% then 50% and keep the items that are unusable. Lastly now I have received NOTHING and they are no longer responding to me about it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

    Horrible quality! Trying to return and they are giving me the run around and trying to offer 20%, 30%, etc. Their customer service is horrible! I wish they would lose their license for this type of business!

    I placed and order for 3 items and put it on my card, when I get emails saying my shipment is on its way it shows only 2 items. I have reached out in multiple emails asking about my refund for the item I did not received and no one will answer my emails.I am totally not satisfied with this company never will order from them again.***** beware.

    I ordered, what looked gorgeous, 2 tops and a pair of pants.Order processed fairly quickly.. But the pants did not arrive and the quality was incredibly poor. see through, NOTHING like pictured. paper thin and cheap material.I contacted them via email and was told the pants were no longer available. (yet they took my money) I requested a refund. and return of the two cheap tops. and was offered a 20% discount to keep them. and I could sell them to someone else. ********** responded no thank you. I would not personally wear them and certainly not foist them onto another person. I was told 30% discount and 20% of next purchase.I informed them that to ship the item back would cost considerably less than the hassle I was receiving and requested a refund..Still in the same position no refund, and have inferior items that will go into trash.DO NOT ORDER!

    ZERO Stars!!!! Have been trying to return items since April -they will not send a return address- will not respond in a timely manner- offer me 20% of the 140.00+ dollars spent- My friend spent approximately the same amount so between the two of us we are out over $250.00! The fabric and quality of the items is horrific! Poor sizing- stink-stiff almost burlap feeling - still in negotiations but have also filed a complaint with PayPal. They are now up to 50% of what I spent as of 2 days ago- Utterly ridiculous allowed to continue to scam people!

    Total scam. I ordered four items. Two actually fit and were ok. I have been emailing them for return of other two items every which way possible and Im getting NO response. Time we report them!

    Sizing is way off and they refuse to give out return information. I have emailed them 4 times in a month. This company is a Scam.
