    4/08/2025 I placed an order to Curveladies (aka curveladies paris). The order amount was $111.89 I have requested a cancellation, but was told I contacted the wrong company. (Email was found when I googled the name showing from my bank). I have no way of reaching the company.

    *************** are thieves! The clothes I ordered were a 3x just to be safe. I'm a 1x. They still were too tight. I spent $200 plus dollars. I emailed them repeatedly asking for their return address so I can send back and get my refund. The quality of the clothes was even extremely poor for the price. All were totally see through and a weird material. They were not like they looked when advertised. They played psychological head games with me for days via email, and now aren't responding to me at all. They said one item I never receive was out of stock and refuse to refund me even for that shirt!!! They are criminals. They must be a *************** because I've dealt with this before with other Chinese clothing companies who steal my money and refuse refunds or return addresses and play wicked psychological head games to work one into an absolute fury!!!!! I want my money back!!!!!

    I received my top and pants. I ordered a large according to their size measurements, and what I got was a small. The material was paper thin and horrible construction. When I contacted them to return it, they did everything in their power to get me to keep it. First offering a 20% discount from the **** price to keep it. Then 30%, then 40%, then 50%. They even suggested I sell it online and make money!! Each time I refused. They finally sent me the return into, which I sent, and now they are refusing to refund me, saying the tracking I provided does not work. This company is a complete SCAM!

    On July 6 I ordered a top. I got a confirmation email with an order number and they charged my credit card.However when I logged in to track my order they said I did not have an order. Nor are they answering my emails. I purchased after seeing the ad on Amazon.No money, no top, no response, no outstanding order.

    I placed an ordered back on 5/16/24 from this company. I received items on 6/5/24 and immediately contacted company for a refund because the items I had purchased were the wrong size and didnt offer the support like the companys advertisement promised. I was told I would receive a refund of $65 out of the $80 I spent because the remaining $15 would be kept for shipping cost. It is now 7/12/24 I have yet to receive any refund and have made several email attempts to this company and each time they promise a refund within 5-7 business days which never arrives.

    On June 3rd I purchased an outfit from Curveladies.com. The item (a top and pants) arrived on 6/15. The quality of the material was NOT what was pictured. I didnt even try it on. I went to their website and there is no phone number listed - the only way to communicate is by email ************************ I told them I wanted to return the items. It took 24 hours for a response - they did not give me any address to send the items back (and there was no type of return slip with the package) all they did was offer me 10% off. I emailed them and told them again that I wanted to return the item. 24 hours later they emailed and said to take 20% off. I emailed again and told them I wanted to return and 24 hours later they emailed and said to take 30% off and 20% off next purchase (as if!). Finally 24 hours later they sent me a weird address to send it back and I had to pay for shipping and then send them the tracking number. Now *** is emailing saying they are having problems delivering (I think its a bogus address). This company is a total scam and they are scamming people off of *********

    RE: ORDER E21240502174433878 5/2/2024 ***************************** CA$196.81 I spent a substantial amount of money on the clothing that I ordered. The product was cheap and flimsy and see through and not true to sizing. When I tried to return the merchandise per the company's stated policy of fully refund up to 30 days see link attached. ********************************************** Curveladies.com is falsely advertising their products and fraudulent in not adhering to their own return policy. When you attempt to get a return label the company keeps stalling offering discounts, I believe this tactic to be a way to have the 30 days expire. After realizing this I looked them up on the BBB and this is a recurring theme - CAVEAT EMPTOR - LET THE ***** BEWARE! I JUST WANT A REFUND.

    I purchased items from their site and the quality and sizing is not to US standards despite publishing on their site and operating in the **. They advertise return policy is to communicate with them thru emaIl and then refuse to provide return instructions and only offer 20% off purchase. They are scamming and not following US laws on return policy and not posting their refusal to allow returns anywhere on their site.
