    Purchased from curveladies.com. Received order on 5/17/23. Emailed requesting authorization to return per their website directions as none of the items fit. Received email back inquiring if I ordered correctly. 5/19/23 I emailed them back saying yes I ordered correct size however they did not fit. Asked them for authorization code to send back and their response was to offer me 20% off order and informed me to keep the items. Again I asked for the authorization code to send back and requested a full refund. Emailed again today 5/22/23 and they have not responded to me since 5/19/23.

    I made a purchase from the website ***********.com on March 13th. When I received the order on April 27th, it was missing one item. I was unhappy with the other items, and I followed the return procedure stating to start with an email to return all items except for 2. There has been an ongoing email exchange in which they have offered a 20% refund, then 30% and finally 50%. I feel they are stalling and did not intend to follow their own return policy. Please assist.

    I ordered $83.95 worth of merchandise that I never received. I ordered the clothes on 3/27/23 and was assured that it would be received within two weeks. We're already passed a month and the company won't return my e-mail messages.

    On 5 Apr 2023 I ordered from a company/ad on ********. I know...bad! Company was Curveladies and the order number is ******************. Package tracking was *****************. I received order on 4/15 and contacted them at ***********************, telling them the items were not as described and I wanted a full refund. Their site said items "can be returned/exchanged wihtin 30 days". Also, their site says they "will send return/exchange instructions in an email" and "will receive refund within 1 week." On 4/16, their representative, ******, emailed saying they would give me an $8 refund and I could keep the items. On 4/19, I emailed them back and said "no, I wanted a full refund." Same day (4/19) ****** emailed that I could keep the items and they would refund me 30% AND give me a 20% coupon a new order. I went back and said "no, I wanted a full refund." I haven't heard from them since and I have emailed several more times. No more contact from them at all. I have no physical address for them. I have a feeling them are in China! I want my money back!!!!

    Ordered an outfit and shirt amounting to $78.91. The items dont fit. Emailed for return authorization per the process on website for 3 months to no avail. Emailed again indicating I would take legal action and offered $10 refund. Declined.
    Now offered 30% discount and 20% discount for future shopping.
    The website clearly offers returns and exchanges. These actions violate buiness practices.
    I want a refund of the $78.91 payment.

    I'm attempting to return my purchases (none of the items worked for me) and contacted the company to obtain their return address and authorization code per the instructions on their website. They are dodging my request in their responses and offered to give me $25 credit for me not to return the items. I've emphatically stated I do not want them and want to return for full refund. They are now ignoring me. I plan to contact my credit card company as well.

    Ordered over $100 in merchandise from this company (if that's what you want to call it). Need to return items because they don't fit. Have asked three times via email for instructions for return and no response.

    Jan 15 2023 I ordered an clothing outfit for my niece. the ad said it would be delivered in 5-12 days. I have yet to receive a confirmation on the order much less a receipt for the $53.98 I have filed a complaint with paypal but this needs to be flagged as a scam
