    Clothes do not look like the photos. The material is all rayon (hand wash only). **** says they are in ******* but they're clearly in Asia. Site also says that items can be returned by contacting customer support to obtain a return code & an address. When I contacted support via email asking to return 3 items, I was offered 20% of the cost of my order returned. I said no, I'd like to return these. They don't fit right & I don't like the material. Email 2 I was offered 30% off, then 50% off in email 3. I have received no return code or address and no money back. I promised to report them to ********* ****** & the Better Business Bureau. Here I am keeping my promise. **********************.

    These people are HORRIBLE! Im trying to return the items I bought and keep getting the runaround! I keep emailing them to get the address for where I can return this cheap stuff, no response. I would give 0 stars if I could. These people need to be stopped!!!

    Horrible, cheap clothing. Looks nothing like the posted pictures, weird fabric - different length sleeves, arm holes not the same size - and no response on how to return for refund.

    I bought two outfits from them, not happy with size or material. Asked to return them, getting the runaround. They keep asking me to settle for a lesser amount and keep the outfits.

    I kept trying to contact them to cancel my order, and I either got my email returned saying there is no such email address, or their online form to fill out tells you that it cannot process my request at this time. I have filed a dispute to stop payment to the company. And the company sent me an email saying the items shipped. I want my full amount paid back. And when the package gets delivered, I am going to not accept it and return it back to the sender.Their posting on social media makes it look like it is a company from *****************. So they are false advertising their products and does not show that it is coming from *********.

    Clothes are terrible quality. Won't give me address to return per their policy. Won't refund!!! Should be shut down.

    I too wish that I had found these reviews before spending $127 Same as everyone else's complaint. Ordered 5 items and needed to return 3 and I got the same ** run around! You keep the items and we'll refund you 30%Horrible company with horrible business practices! Learned my ****** about shopping from a ******** ad!!

    Everything that the other reviews are stating is true. They refuse to give you address to return the items. Quality is horrible! The products you receive are nothing like they show in the ads. They offer you money to keep them, all the while they are racking in the money on clothes nobody wants to wear, because the quality is horrific.

    The same thing is happening to me that has happened to the other reviewers. I am trying to return three items totaling $71 and they offered me a $12 refund and said I can keep the items. I have NO INTEREST in keeping the items. Then they upped the offer to 20% and now it's up to 40%. They also said that even if I return the items they wouldn't give me a full refund because they had to pay shipping to send the order in the first place. That makes NO SENSE!!!!! It's a total scam. I have filed a complaint through the PayPal and I plan to **** ** ********** I can with a negative reviews so that these people can't get away with this from now on. **** **** ****** **** *** ***** ***** ******

    Absolute scam - same experience as others, they wont provide return address and will offer you very small discount to keep the clothes. Wish I would have checked reviews first.
