    Horrible experience. Absolute SCAM. I tries to cancel the order right after I ordered from them. They would not respond to me asking for the order to be canceled (had a bad feeling). Took funds from my bank and shipped me out clothes that weren't advertised. When they finally emailed me back they only wanted to give 20% back of what I paid. Tried to file with **** and lost the claim, even though they never gave me their direct address to send the clothes back. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

    This company has very poor business ethics. You will never get your entire refund.There is always one more reason that cant send you your complete refund. Their clothes are cheaply made. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.I would not give them any stars if I could. Horrible experience.

    I'm fighting with this company to get a refund for a rather large purchase of clothing that doesn't fit (and is shoddy quality). They repeatedly respond with "offers" of "20% refund you keep the items"' and today upped it to 30% refund with a coupon on next purchase. I will NOT be making a next purchase! Terrible customer service- wanting me to keep clothing that doesn't fit! Just refund me as I've requested!Word of warning - do not make a purchase from this company no matter how cute the clothes appear to be! Horrible experience.

    Terrible. Still trying to get a refund. Many emails unanswered. DO NOT BUY. Horrible customer service. Why would I want to keep clothes that dont fit. Percentage of money back really. HORRIBLE TERRIBLE

    Never received my order. It's been nearly two months. They won't respond to my emails. They take your money and run. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

    Clothes are awful. Don't look like anything advertised. I can't get the return info from them as they wont message me back. I've emailed and DM on **. Will have to file a claim with my bank to get the money back, Do not buy from them. It's a scam.

    Buyer Beware. Company does NOT stand up to their return policy. The items I ordered were poor quality, not fit per their size chart. Made me send pics of the clothing and a tape measure. I sent email after email, requesting address to send back my order from the day I received it, evening stating I would be glad to pay return shipping, dealt with a “Clair”. Finally got tired and just settled for part of my money back for clothes I cannot and would not be caught dead in the them. Horrible company!

    Will never order again. Two outfits were not good fits but could never get a sensible response from customer service. Kept asking if I wanted a % refund back on the outfit (I had two) and a coupon. When I asked if the % refund was for each item - they ghosted me. When I emailed again - same response as the first one. Like it was a new issue. Still waiting on response or refund of any amount at this point.
