    "I have been assisted by ******* since the very start of my case. She has been consistently thorough and supportive considering the stress level of this experience. I assume based upon her experience and expertise, she has also been proactive in discussing possible steps I can anticipate in order to be prepared to respond in a timely manner. I am very grateful to have her as my case lead and main communication ********* ratings and review are based upon my current experience and hopefully will not have to ever be rescinded in the future."At this stage I would recommend Lifeback and especially ******* to be representatives for circumstances such as that which I am currently experiencing.

    I do not have any tax lien, yet I received a letter from them titled "FINAL Tax Lien Removal Notice". Their letter falsely accused me of having bogus overdue taxes and for $20k their "Collection Defense Specialists" can "remove wage garnishments, bank levies and seizures...". Their letter looked like it came from a government agency, quoted several U.S. codes and intended to scare me. They intentionally left out the name of the company on the letter only provided their phone #. Please be careful and pay extra attention when you receive a letter from this company.

    These people have horrible customer **********************. We had a tax lien file against our company and then paid it off. I called to let them know that we don't owe any taxes so we would stop receiving mail from them and they continued to hang up on me and then tell me I should have paid my taxes and I wouldn't be on their list. Extremely unprofessional!I we ever get in a tax problem; I would definitely not be calling them!

    I believe you have the wrong company! Can you please let me which rep you spoke to or the number you called because if you don't owe the debt, we would simply remove you, I apologize but there has to be some misunderstanding here.

    After a year of paying them to represent ** with the **** we have not received any information as to where we stand with the **** It's been over a year and we have not had received any information regarding our IRS situation. We've emailed them numerous times and have not received a response. We've called as well and every time we get a hold of someone they state that our account manager would call us back and yet no one does!

    I worked with Lifeback Tax and they got me a structured resolution as promised. I was placed on a partial payment Installment Agreement (PPIA) $25.00 per month. By the time, I am done with the ***** i would only have paid the *** $600 and saved over $19,000.
