  After a year of paying them to represent ** with the **** we have not received any information as to where we stand with the **** It's been over a year and we have not had received any information regarding our IRS situation. We've emailed them numerous times and have not received a response. We've called as well and every time we get a hold of someone they state that our account manager would call us back and yet no one does!

  I worked with Lifeback Tax and they got me a structured resolution as promised. I was placed on a partial payment Installment Agreement (PPIA) $25.00 per month. By the time, I am done with the ***** i would only have paid the *** $600 and saved over $19,000.

  Lifeback Taxes was hired by me in March 2021. $2500, 18 months later, zero results. My account was reassigned to 4 different people with little to no communication to me My at all. My bank account was drafted for back taxes less than a month of hiring them to "prevent this". My taxes were actually were higher when I terminated my services. They took my money and provided no results. A supervisor named *** became very unprofessional and combative when I asked for s refund, even after I threatened to file a complaint with the BBB. They should be held liable. I want to warn others of the risks involved in working with Lifeback Taxes. I would like a full refund ASAP.

  We spoke about this yesterday. Our company doesn't owe you a refund because you sold your house and paid off the tax balance. You didn't advise our firm that you had intended to on doing so. We were working on your case and had some back log due to COVID. We can't control the sale of the house or the escrow sending your fund to the IRS.

  My issue with Lifeback Taxes have nothing to do with the sell. It has everything to do with how my account was handed to 4 different employees with little to no communication with each other or me. COVID had nothing to do with the fact that each employee that was handed my account asked me for the exact same information and documentation each time, starting the clock all over again. Your in house processes were not efficient. If there were actually delays created by COVID they should have been communicated with customers directly. My experiences with this company rank at the very bottom and I would advise others to not hire you all. It should be illegal, immoral, and unethical to charge a fee for specific service and you not provide the service that was paid for or a full timely refund.

  Lifeback Tax sure does know how to get a guy his life back! thanks to my incredible case manager my $12,800 debt is now down to a more affordable number. finally i don't have to stay up at night worrying about my debt. will definitely recommend lifeback to my family & friends
