    The work done by lifeback tax for me was all wrongif I had presented to the irs, it would have been thrown out. I paid lifeback tax ******* to resolve my tax matter.they rarely responded to my emails or calls.

    This is in response to the BBB complaint you filed against our company, Life Back Taxes, stating that all the work done on the file is incorrect.   We do not agree with your assessment since all financial information originated and verified with you.

     We have worked on your file, prepared your income tax returns for tax years 2016, 2017 and 2018 as part of the initial contract.  Later, you retained our services to prepare and file your 2020 and 2021 tax returns as well.   We ensured that all tax returns were filed and processed with the **** and further  educated you on the importance of making Estimated Tax Deposit (ETD)payments to ensure your good standing with the *** on your tax filings. 

    We also ensured that you were out of collections and reviewed all the financials with you over the phone on 12/17/22 and it was reviewed/signed by the lead and e-mailed to you on 01/23/23.  After this,we e-mailed and called you few times to confirm if you had submitted the *** packet to the *** with last contact being on 03/03/23.  You called and e-mailed our office on 03/13/23 stating the information on the *** was incorrect two months after it was sent to you.  We have asked you multiple times to contact our office to review the financials information to identify any discrepancies so we can correct or explain any of the adjustments that could be attributed to the *** National Standards for given categories on your financials statement. Your refusal to contact us has prevented us moving forward with an Offer In Compromise (***) to resolve your *** tax issue.

    We totally disagree with you BBB complaint and find it dishonest and unfair to attack Life Back Taxes in a public forum without allowing us to explain any misunderstandings or *** guidelines which we are adhering to and ask that you withdraw your BBB compliant.
