    We entered into a contract with LifeBack Tax Relief on February 3, 2025. As stipulated in the agreement, we forwarded all required and requested documents to file our 2024 taxes and papers for the 2022 and 2023 taxes to LifeBack Tax. LikeBack, has no explanation for why our 2024 tax returns were not filed in February, March, April, or May 2025. Yet, ******** continued to collect payments from us. Be Aware!!

    I highly recommend Life Back. At the time I first enlisted their assistance I had a number of years of unfiled tax returns, unpaid taxes, a lot of penalties and interest for both the *** and the ****** took a lot of years of offers and counter offers, negotiating, arguing, denials, and appeals with both government agencies. Lifeback never gave up fighting for me. In fact, they continued fighting for me even several years after my contractual payments to Lifeback were complete.Everyone at Life Back was always helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. This was especially true of, ******* *****, the Lead assigned to my ******* total, I owed the *** over $66,000 and the *** over $65,000. The result of Life Backs diligent hard work was to bring the amount I owed to the *** down from over $66,000 to the much smaller $2,565 and the amount owed to the *** down from the original of over $65,000 to only $5,000.This is a total reduction from over $131,000 down to $7,565 !!! GREAT JOB LIFEBACK !!! THANK YOU !!! If I could give you 10 Stars rather than 5, I would.

    I do not have any tax lien, yet I received a letter from them titled "FINAL Tax Lien Removal Notice". Their letter falsely accused me of having bogus overdue taxes and for $20k their "Collection Defense Specialists" can "remove wage garnishments, bank levies and seizures...". Their letter looked like it came from a government agency, quoted several U.S. codes and intended to scare me. They intentionally left out the name of the company on the letter only provided their phone #. Please be careful and pay extra attention when you receive a letter from this company.

    These people have horrible customer **********************. We had a tax lien file against our company and then paid it off. I called to let them know that we don't owe any taxes so we would stop receiving mail from them and they continued to hang up on me and then tell me I should have paid my taxes and I wouldn't be on their list. Extremely unprofessional!I we ever get in a tax problem; I would definitely not be calling them!

    I believe you have the wrong company! Can you please let me which rep you spoke to or the number you called because if you don't owe the debt, we would simply remove you, I apologize but there has to be some misunderstanding here.
