      Upnest charges Realtors a fee for clients info in listing or purchasing a home. In October of 2023 they sent a lead over that I did not accept (their system "auto" accepts them). This was someone just looking online for the value of their home as many do on the realtor.com site and entered their info to see the "value" that Realtor.com came up with. This info was sent to me and honestly I didn't even see the lead as many are not real. Turns out this client was the relative of a realtor in my office who was getting ready to list her home. She listed it and sold the home. Now I'm turned over to collections for a fee of a client that has never met me or talked to me because Upnest feels it was my listing. I've contacted and the broker of my office has contacted Upnest several times, emailed several times, and updated the system several times being assured everything was fixed on their end. I've included the *** sheet verifying this info at the bottom of the sheet. This is the State *** so can not be altered in any way. I want the collection notice removed and the referral fee owed from me dropped. Thanks for your time.

      I sent an email to ********************************** requesting to cancel my account on April 22. I didnt get a response so I emailed them again on April 24. Still no response so I emailed them a third time on May 7. I then got a call from a representative who told me he was escalating the issue to cancel my account. Still no updates and today I was charged AGAIN and sent a 4th follow up email.

      UpNest received their referral payment from me and cashed the check they received on 05/07/2024. They have since continuously emailed me accusing me of still owing them Money. Even after I spoke to someone to resolve the issue , they sent an email saying I was delinquent and threatening to send me to collections if they did not receive payment ( that I already made). They sent the email at 930 pm on a Friday when i cant even try to reach someone for 2 days

      Status: A system error was experienced, where notices were sent out after customer accounts were current and in good standing. We apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this caused the customer. The issue has since been resolved.

      Upnest sent me a referral that I previously received from another company. I have reached out to Upnest multiple times to get it resolved and have had no response. I paid a referral fee to the company I originally received the lead from. Honest is now threatening to send me to collections for not paying their company for this duplicate lead. Since I received it from a previous company I paid them, and I dont owe a fee to upnest, but they are threatening collections.

      Was promised a 150$ amazon gift card when closing with this company. It's a shame they are falling through because my agent was amazing and enjoyed the platform so I'm trying to hold out writing a bad review over a gift card but I feel I held my end they should hold theirs. Has been over a month now I called and they said would expedite situation that was 2 weeks ago. Seems to be alot of these complaints which concerns me.

      UPNEST PROMISES A $150 AMAZON **** CARD WHEN THE REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION IS COMPLETE. YET MY TRANSACTION HAS BEEN COMPLETE FOR MONTHS AND I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A **** CARD. AFTER CALLING FOUR TIMES I WAS FINALLY TOLD TODAY THAT I WOULD NEED TO FILL OUT A SURVEY IN ORDER TO GET THE **** CARD. SO THE REP EMAILED ME THE SURVEY AND I FILLED IT OUT AND I WAS THEN TOLD TO WAIT 30 DAYS FOR ANOTHER EMAIL WITH THE **** CARD. THIS IS A PARTIAL SCAM. IT DOES NOT TAKE 30 DAYS TO GENERATE AN ELECTRONIC **** CARD. THEIR GOAL IS TO COMPLICATE THE PROCESS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE SO THE **** CARD IS LOST IN AN EMAIL AND IS NEVER USED IN THE FIRST PLACE. IT IS ALSO SUSPICIOUS THAT AFTER FOUR CALLS TODAY IS THE FIRST DAY SOMEONE AT UPNEST ACTUALLY MADE SURE THE SURVEY WAS EMAILED TO ME. COULD IT BE BECAUSE I THREATENED THIS BBB COMPLAINT? I DIDN'T MENTION BBB IN THE OTHER CALLS SO I AM SURE THAT IS THE REASON. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 30 DAYS AND HOPE THIS OBSCURE EMAIL FROM AMAZON IS FOUND SO I CAN GET WHAT I WAS PROMISED. THIS IS LIKE THE EARLY COMPUTER REBATES FROM THE 90'S WHERE GETTING THE REBATE REQUIRED AN ACT OF CONGRESS ON THE PART OF THE CONSUMER. I DO LIKE UPNEST, BUT THE ****CARD IS SIMPLY BAIT TO GET YOUR BUSINESS. ALSO UPNEST IN THEIR EMAILS CLAIM THAT THEY ARE A FULLY ACCREDITED BBB BUSINESS, BUT THEY ARE NOT ACCREDITED BY BBB. MORE BAIT.

      Contacted real estate agent when buying a house. Worked well with him through upnest Was told we would get 10% rebate on commissions we did. Also there was a deal for $150.00 Amazon gift card for going with this company.that is UpNest not the realtor. The realtor did his job and gave what was promised. This company how ever has been stalling me. This house closed on 12/15/2022. I would think that was enough time to send me a gift card????I have emailed and emailed and I am not very happy with this company. I want my gift card and if I need realtors again I will not be using UpNest!!!!!Be careful folks.
