      Upnest sent me a referral that I previously received from another company. I have reached out to Upnest multiple times to get it resolved and have had no response. I paid a referral fee to the company I originally received the lead from. Honest is now threatening to send me to collections for not paying their company for this duplicate lead. Since I received it from a previous company I paid them, and I dont owe a fee to upnest, but they are threatening collections.

      Was promised a 150$ amazon gift card when closing with this company. It's a shame they are falling through because my agent was amazing and enjoyed the platform so I'm trying to hold out writing a bad review over a gift card but I feel I held my end they should hold theirs. Has been over a month now I called and they said would expedite situation that was 2 weeks ago. Seems to be alot of these complaints which concerns me.

      UPNEST PROMISES A $150 AMAZON **** CARD WHEN THE REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION IS COMPLETE. YET MY TRANSACTION HAS BEEN COMPLETE FOR MONTHS AND I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A **** CARD. AFTER CALLING FOUR TIMES I WAS FINALLY TOLD TODAY THAT I WOULD NEED TO FILL OUT A SURVEY IN ORDER TO GET THE **** CARD. SO THE REP EMAILED ME THE SURVEY AND I FILLED IT OUT AND I WAS THEN TOLD TO WAIT 30 DAYS FOR ANOTHER EMAIL WITH THE **** CARD. THIS IS A PARTIAL SCAM. IT DOES NOT TAKE 30 DAYS TO GENERATE AN ELECTRONIC **** CARD. THEIR GOAL IS TO COMPLICATE THE PROCESS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE SO THE **** CARD IS LOST IN AN EMAIL AND IS NEVER USED IN THE FIRST PLACE. IT IS ALSO SUSPICIOUS THAT AFTER FOUR CALLS TODAY IS THE FIRST DAY SOMEONE AT UPNEST ACTUALLY MADE SURE THE SURVEY WAS EMAILED TO ME. COULD IT BE BECAUSE I THREATENED THIS BBB COMPLAINT? I DIDN'T MENTION BBB IN THE OTHER CALLS SO I AM SURE THAT IS THE REASON. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 30 DAYS AND HOPE THIS OBSCURE EMAIL FROM AMAZON IS FOUND SO I CAN GET WHAT I WAS PROMISED. THIS IS LIKE THE EARLY COMPUTER REBATES FROM THE 90'S WHERE GETTING THE REBATE REQUIRED AN ACT OF CONGRESS ON THE PART OF THE CONSUMER. I DO LIKE UPNEST, BUT THE ****CARD IS SIMPLY BAIT TO GET YOUR BUSINESS. ALSO UPNEST IN THEIR EMAILS CLAIM THAT THEY ARE A FULLY ACCREDITED BBB BUSINESS, BUT THEY ARE NOT ACCREDITED BY BBB. MORE BAIT.

      Contacted real estate agent when buying a house. Worked well with him through upnest Was told we would get 10% rebate on commissions we did. Also there was a deal for $150.00 Amazon gift card for going with this company.that is UpNest not the realtor. The realtor did his job and gave what was promised. This company how ever has been stalling me. This house closed on 12/15/2022. I would think that was enough time to send me a gift card????I have emailed and emailed and I am not very happy with this company. I want my gift card and if I need realtors again I will not be using UpNest!!!!!Be careful folks.

      on 03/22/2023 2:20 PT I called the consumer and he expressed to me that he has been communicating with the business. He said it would be ok for us to closed the claim.

      Upnest has an advertisement that you will get a refund if you use their list of agents. One of their agents is KW Realty and offered 15% refund of their commission. We closed on 7/25/22 and the escrow sent the check (part of the buyers commission) to Upnest. There was a back and forth email that Upnest agreed to send the check but we havent received anything from them. I dont understand why its taking a long time for Upnest to send the check to us. It should be an easy operation just like Redfin.

      On 11-8-21 I used upnest.com service to find a relators in my area to purchase a home. Upnest.com advertised relators that would provide a rebate if I choose to use that specific relator to represent me for my home purchase. Upnest.com provided "***********************" as a relator that if I hired, he would provide 35% of his commission from the sell of the home as a rebate back to me. The total commission that he received was $17,000. The total rebate that was given to me was $5,057.50 which is less then the 35%. I have emailed upnest.com on 12-9-21 and again on 2-1-22 and they have not responded to my emails about the incorrect rebate amount that was promised. It is next to impossible to call upnest and reach a live person on the phone so I am resorting to filing this complaint in hopes that I can get some response.The 2nd issue with upnest.com is they also advertise that when I close on the home they will provide a $150 amazon gift card within 30 days after close. I have not received the promised gift card and appears that this is a scam as again my emails about the gift card have gone un answered.I look forward and hope that I will get a response from upnest and they will solve this incorrect commission rebate that has been promised along with the amazon gift card. Thank you

      I used UpNest to find a realtor. As part of UpNest's marketing, they offer a $150 Amazon gift card after closing with an agent sourced via their system. After successfully closing, I never received this gift card, despite repeated calls and emails with them. The customer support agent claimed that I had to take some sort of survey, and that they had attempted to send me the survey, but were not able to get it to me (checked spam, etc.). I asked him to paste the *** into our email conversation, and he claimed to be unable to do so. I then asked him to send it to an alternate email address. I still never received the link to the survey, or the $150. I think it's deceitful and poor customer service to offer a customer $150, and then not give it to them, or make it immensely complicated and frustrating to get it. At this point I have given up on getting the money owed me from UpNest.
