5 starsWe previously had a private landlord and have just moved to a home managed by ziprent. The initial process of viewing, signing the lease and moving has been super smooth and ziprent have been on hand to answer questions and organise repairs and cleaning. Im really pleased with their service so far.

5 starsI have worked with many property management platforms in the last 5-7 years. Ziprent platform stands out as the best of the best. Whoever designed this deserves an award. They have meticulously thought about all the pain points from both tenant and owner perspective to try and solve the user experience problem. Few things that stood out for me was how an owner can switch from one property to another using the dropdown, main options such as lease, rent, onboarding questionnaire available on the left etc. Also the different aliases such as leasing, repairs, onboarding, manager, escalations is so well thought out. The agent who are resolving the tickets/queries just pick up from where the last agent left off to provide a seamless/smooth UX. And they respond 24/7/365. The weekly digest email summarizes everything and this gives a feeling that someone is actively managing our investments 24/7 and that we are in safe hands. 5 starsI recently used ziprent for tenant placement services and am glad I did. They were way cheaper than other brokers and the best part is the transparency you get with them. I can login to their website and view who viewed my listing online, of them how many scheduled an appointment to physically see the property. Also the time they came, when they left. Moreever if any applications are submitted they will run credit and backgrounds checks and they only shortlist guys who qualify. Totally worth it!Ziprent

From touring the apartment to signing the lease, everything went smoothly and efficiently.I took a tour on a Friday and was impressed by how quickly Ziprent got back to me. By Monday, I had signed the lease - it was a great experience!What really stood out to me was how responsive Ziprent was. They usually replied to my questions within 12 hours, even on evenings and weekends. It made me feel like they were really looking out for me throughout the process.Ziprent also did a great job of keeping me in the loop by passing on my questions to the house owner and getting back to me with answers. It gave me peace of mind and helped me make an informed decision about the property.The self-guided tour was also super convenient. Ziprent sent me all the instructions and keys via email, so I could take the tour at my own pace. It was flexible and accommodating, which was great for my schedule.Ziprent

5 starsI've been putting off the inevitable, strictly because of the process involved with finding a new place to lease. Ziprent made this process as smooth and easy as it could be. Their system for viewing properties is exactly how it should be. Never had anyone bothering me, following me around, or asking me over and over if I like the house. I was able to view the home at my pace and take the time I needed to make sure it felt like home. The application process is just as easy, and the communication was excellent. Every single question or concern I had was immediately addressed and replied to. Their online portal made everything accessible and allows you to see every single step as you make your way through the approval process. I highly recommend Ziprent to anyone looking for a stress free way of finding your new home to lease.Ziprent
