    I had a great experience with Ziprent. They were professional, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The leasing process was smooth and straightforward, and maintenance requests were handled quickly. It was clear they truly care about their tenants. Highly recommend!

    My experience with ziprent was good in using their tenant placement service. I liked their follow *** with applicants. I would recommend that the weekly reports on the activities of a rental property be more cognizant of market trends and not recommend quick action from landlords for at least 2 weeks to allow for a bigger pool of applicants who are interested in the property.

Ziprent submits data to all homeowners on how their listing is performing to ensure that landlords are taking quick action to decrease vacancy time (as this is the highest cost any landlord could have). Ziprent will not force any landlord to lower their rental price if they do not choose to do so.

    Ziprent has made it easy for us to communicate with our landlord and they respond to all questions quickly and professionally. The website is user friendly and makes documentation, payments, and home repair requests easy for the tenant.

    The application process is wonky for tenants. Tons of bugs in the ziprent system. I've told them this a million times at this point. It's a fight to create and account. Resetting password after it appears to entangle applicant into the system is next to impossible. Everything is linked in an incredibly odd way and the applicant(s) receive multiple emails and text messages that are entangled. The links send you to the sign in where when one tries to reset password to get an active email to try to get into one's account with ALL of the applicants personal information, and the rest email NEVER comes. This system is a hot mess. Mind you, they've (ziprent) been paid ****** in application fees due to the number of adults. All this BS about it being an easy process, probably only applies to Property Owners. It appears that's what I see in the reviews, Property Owners praises. Or it could simply be bots or their company team making these bogus reviews. Nothing surprises me anymore with these larger than life companies. The more tech we grow to, the worse these companies become. My experience in real time.

    Excellent communication and professional staff. Always knew when potential tenant were going to tour the property and any feedback. This really helped make minor fixes before next tour. Also their network of repair companies is great. Good quality at reasonable prices. Everything obe would want in a property management company.

    ZipRent has been great to work with so far! The leasing process was one of the easiest to go through - their team was incredibly responsive and thorough in their communication.Our lease for our new home hasnt begun yet, but paying the deposit and rent online was seamless and easy to navigate!

    ZipRent has been a phenomenal service. They are excellent in coordinating communications with tenants and have shown to be professional and diplomatic with both parties. When working through disagreements, repairs or other challenges, they truly work to ensure customer satisfaction for both landlords and tenants.Before using ZipRent I was doing things on my own and at times I regretted the stresses that came with being a landlord. But now seeing how much time ZipRent saves me for marketing, tenant placement, showings, managing communications, repairs and managing payments... it's a no brainer! I'll never go back.
