    Ziprent manages two of my properties and it has been a great expereince. They are very responseive in all aspects. There is always someone who responds over email, even in the middle of the night. THey are always on top of things and follow-up until things get done. Tenant placement was also very smooth. Their agent-free system works! Easy for prospective tenants to self schedule. And all of this at a fixed cost, not a percentage. Highly recommend them for any rental management and tenant placement compared to the traditional property management companies.

    I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ziprent this morning. I rearranged my schedule and drove from ******** to downtown ******* for a property viewing I had booked in advance. I arrived on time, only to discover there were no instructions provided for how to enter the building.I emailed, texted, and called, only to be told that there were no access details and that the owner was currently in *********. In other words, there was zero preparation or coordination for the showing. This wasted both my time and energy, and made it clear that Ziprent is completely unprofessional, unorganized, and unprepared to deliver the type of service they advertise.If youre considering working with Ziprentwhether as a renter or a property ownerbeware. A property management company that cannot handle something as basic as access for a scheduled showing is not a company you can rely on.

This situation was the result of a miscommunication on our end, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive for a scheduled showing and find no clear access instructions.Our team relied on building intercoms and coordination with owners to grant access. In this case, the owner was out of the country and unreachable at the time of your appointment. Once we were able to reach the owner, they confirmed that showings need to be scheduled after 2p.m. Pacific time to ensure they are available to buzz visitors in. Weve updated our systems to reflect this and have since corrected the error, so future visitors will not face the same issue.Weve tried to reach you personally to apologize and to help reschedule your viewing at a time that works. We would also like to offer a gesture for the inconvenience and work closely with you to address any other questions you may have.     Easiest and fastest renting experience I've ever had! The communication between Ziprent staff and the homeowner was so quick and smooth. Everything was made very understandable and clear the whole way. We moved in two months ago the repairs we've made (all minor) have been repaired within a couple of days if not less. Everything zip rent does is quick and thorough. I highly recommend this company! We're all very impressed!
