5 starsWe were referred to Ziprent by my mother. We did a lot of research online and found that Ziprent is the most reliable, efficient and customer friendly platform for both tenants and landlords. They do credit and background check for the landlord and even put a score on the prospect tenants to help the landlord to clearly know which tenant is recommended per their computer algorithms. The whole process took less than one week from posting to getting an amazing tenant. What I am most impressed with ziprent is the efficiency and speed. In this fast paced world, time is priceless and ziprent has services that help landlord to place a suitable tenant right away in days as well as services that help with rent collection or property management. The founder of Ziprent definitely put a lot of thoughts and engineering into designing his company that makes it a very successful, attractive and valuable to both tenants and landlords. This is definitely a very good company that I highly recommend.

5 starsWe know from the bottom of our hearts Ziprent is the best platform for all landlords and tenants looking to rent. It is so efficient and there is always someone there to handhold you every step of the way from enrollment, Listing, On boarding, Leasing To the final stage with the manager. They have the perfect team to guide you from start to finish. The photographers they sent also took amazing pictures that really highlight the best attributes of your home. We feel the founder ****** has really engineered his company to perfection and maximal efficiency for this fast world that needs asap responses. Thanks to Ziprent, we were able to find a wonderful tenant for our place in 3 days! Highly recommended. There is no doubt this is a company that is designed with its clients in mind.Ziprent

5 starsCombining their intuitive online portal, streamlined process and outstanding customer service, ********************** was able to advertise broadly, attract qualified applicants and find my tenants in just one week! All I needed to do was to select my tenants from their proposed tenants list after showings and income/credit/background checks all done.
