I was contacted by a company claiming to be ****** voice search I ended up on the phone with the companys CEO ********************************* and he sold his service based on lies firstly said I am eligible for a discount which was $240 and then told me it was a one time purchase I read the terms of agreement deep after and in it says it is a subscription with monthly payments I have contacted them about a refund but they said it will take 72 hours to start my case which is just saying we are going to make sure we can finalize the purchase and you cant get a refund they guarantee your business on the front page when voice searched or money back and I have signed up and it is a day past the 3 days that I would be added to the page and still havent been added this company has been successful on scamming hard working individuals and lying to them making them think they are going to complete the service until payment is collected then there is no way to get in touch with themBusiness Response

Several weeks ago I connected with voice search and was connected to APN tech AFTER BEING PITCHED FOR A WONDERFUL SERVICE. i was connected to another person for onboarding into the voice search system. I immediately had issues linking a ****** business page AND Spoke with several people several different times immediately upon recognizing the issues. I received no help on two or three different occasions. I was told to call back in 3 weeks to get a refund. I called back today and was told I could not get a refund. I told APN I no longer wanted to be involved with this system and demanded a refund. I was told that I would not get a refund. On May 8th I received a telemarketing call. I was convinced I needed a service and gave my credit card number and was charged instantly with out even saying I approve the running of the card. I was transferred to someone who would set up an appointment for the following day. When i got off the phone I realized the company was not reputable with what seems to be fake reviews on the website. I called and canceled with the company and they said I needed to wait to have someone with authority to cancel. Took 1 week for the call. They said I need proof they did not do the work. It's a scam. I had no service provided and paid $473 I'm sick to my stomach over this. That's a lot of money for nothing.Business Response

They called and offered their service "voice search" sounds great I signed up with them via credit card over the phone. Everything seemed ok until I get the email explaining that I would have to give them control of my ****** business account. The business in question sent a form via email and requested that I give them control of my ****** account,upon learning of this I decided to not go through with the sign up process. I asked for a refund the same day they sent the email but they had already charged me and refused to refund or even cancel. Now they are.trying to say sorry for the misunderstanding. But I'm sorry I do not trust them ,they lied to me multiple times telling me they do not have anyone there that can handle the cancellation process. I asked them with in a few hours of this purchase to cancel and they told me it would take four weeks to cancel or get a refund.Business Response

On Feb. 2, 2024, ApnTech contacted me about registering my business on voice search They told me it would be a one time investment and my company would be found from any smart car or smart phone. At first, they wanted me to pay $800 dollars. After much discussion, they offered me a special deal of $298. I spent several minutes going over keywords that would alert any searchers to my business and what I offer. They told me ****** would make the updates within 4-6 weeks. Fast forward 12 weeks and I still do not come up when searching for my business. I will be standing in my business and asking *****, Where is the closest permanent makeup studio near **, ****** gives me the name of a business ****************************************************************** from several different devices and locations. My business never popped up. I am extremely frustrated and want my money back. I contacted them April 25, 2024 with my complaint. I told them I want refunded my money and that I believed I was scammed. I asked to speak to the Manager and the Manager told me that he ran a diagnostic test and he said my business pops right up. I told him it hasnt popped up on any devices that I have tried and he argued with me that they provided the service and that I cant get a refund. Then, after several minutes of arguing back and forth, he preceded to tell me that there are more steps that I need to do. No one mentioned a 1,2,3 step process at the beginning and this guys doesnt mention it until I am beyond frustrated. I am done with this company and I want a full refund. January 16, 2024 I purchased the service for $398. I was unsure due to the negative reviews online and was reassured this is all untrue and they would provide the services accurately and timely. 1. Services were delayed 2. The person on my account missed our scheduled call 3x and did not apologize - instead told me I need to understand he is busy. Why schedule a call if you cannot keep it? And am I not the customer here? 3. Sent me an email with an update on my service with someone else's information. This compromises data for other people! I worry what if they sent mine to someone else?4. Sent 2 follow up emails of their service that were COPY PASTE! no change and when I called it out, he sent me the correct one. 5. Tried to cancel due to the lack of integrity, service delivery and poor care - was told I cannot because it's been delivered the service.******** tried to compare this service to a nail salon and said if you get your nails painted and you don't like it, you still pay. I told him that was not true and they he retracted back his example. He then defends the company by telling me how they are not working out of a garage in some small country and was legit. He not only put down small businesses and people doing hard work, he also was racist to those smaller countries and dismissed my request. He started to raise his voice and talk over me. After seeing them on a social media platform, I reached out to this company called APNTech. Firstvthey couldnt do a simple thing like send me a confirmation email. They asked for a gmail email since it wasnt coming to my other email. When they didnt work they told me to wait a few hours. I called back. Now they say I onboarded and they arent refunding my money. I never even received a confirmation email with login credentials. So how could I be onboarded? Please dont associate with these scammers. They put me on hold after hold; saying they were talking to various agents. The scammers are *****, ****************************** and ******. I going to file a case with the ** A.s Office. Worse money Ive ever spent for my business. The day after signing up for there services my ****** got shut down and they promised it wasnt them. After they said it was up and running and I personally tried using the uses it would not work. Over the passed couple of weeks I have talked to six different people each time and they say it was a different issues which was on my end. I will correct the issue and it does not fix it. Every time they ran a test it would ease my ****** and everything would be gone, every time we talked on the phone. Again they said it wasnt them doing. I finally told them Im done with there services and requested a refund and they offered me 10% of what I paid. I told them it didnt work for me bc they havent done anything but hurt my business. I was getting calls from ****** and now Im getting zero from all platforms that they have touched. Last person I talked to was **** and I got the feeling he was trying to start a fight and make me upset and he kept saying I wasnt willing to try and fix the issue. I repeatedly tried telling him I have tried all the different ways to fix it. It was all something they was supposed to do. I was sold a service by APN and after paying a subscription of $199 a month plus start up fee of $700.I have tried canceling with this company 5 months ago but they keep herassing me by calling me and living a message saying we cant cancel you until we talk to you on the phone, and when I call them back to cancel ***** who is the sales rehasser refuses to cancel my subscription. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Upon reviewing the conversations with our representatives, it appears that you first spoke with our representative ***** on Jan 12th. During that call, ***** acknowledged your concerns about the monthly payments being too high for that month and the lack of visible results from our Prime Listings program. In response, ***** proposed waiving two months' worth of payments and even lowered your monthly payment to ensure your comfort while completing the 6 to 12-month timeframe promised to achieve the desired results. You agreed to continue with the program, despite it being only 4 months in.
Your next conversation was on April 2nd, during which you reiterated concerns about not seeing results for your business. When ***** attempted to address your concerns, it seems he encountered frustration on your end. Following our standard operating procedures, ***** attempted a brief conversation with you to assist with cancellation. Unfortunately, the call was disconnected during this process.

I am kindly asking APNtech to cancel the subscription by sending Esthetique Boutique a cancelation letter through BBB stating agents no longer will be contacting ***** in the future harassing business owner into paying APNtech more payments. Esthetique Boutique is requesting APNtech to reverse all charges and reimburse Esthetique Boutique for payments of $200 for 5 months and start up fee of $800 as all the charges that Esthetique Boutique payed for will be reversed and reimbursed back to Esthetique Boutique as per APNtech conversation back in November 2023 when the business was promised improvements and APNtech failed to deliver.
