    We appreciate the chance to respond regarding this matter. The client purchased our Voice Search Registration program on July 10, 2025. This program ensures a business is registered and discoverable across major voice platforms such as Siri, ****** and ****** Assistant. As part of this service, we also provide a complimentary landing page. It is important to clarify that this landing page is not designed to track or guarantee traffic; it serves as a simple online presence for businesses that do not yet have a full website.
    Our records confirm that the clients business, Clean-up ***************************, is properly registered and discoverable through the major voice search networks. In addition, links to the clients live ****** Business Profile and **** page were provided, along with a QR code that directs customers directly to these listings.
    While the core services were delivered, we acknowledge the clients frustration with the support experience. The client expressed dissatisfaction after initial calls with our team; however, our agent was able to connect directly, review the listings step by step, and schedule a screen-share session to assist with requesting reviews and maximizing visibility. At that point, the client agreed to continue with the program.
    We understand the importance of small businesses receiving clear guidance and support. While we respectfully maintain that the purchased services have been fulfilled as contracted, our team remains available at ********************** or ************** to ensure the client has the tools and knowledge to make the most of the program.

    I was charged a total of $821 by APNtech (two charges of $199 and one charge of $423). The company promised to update my Apple Maps listing and provide Prime Listings and a Voice ********** updates or deliverables were ever provided. Apple Maps has not changed, and the voice listing product does not exist as a legitimate paid serviceApple, ******, and other platforms provide these listings for free. When I called APNtech, the representatives stalled, insisted they had submitted my listing, and claimed I needed to wait. They later told me they would review the calls and tried to frame the charges as if I requested them, instead of actually delivering the promised services.This is a clear case of misrepresentation and services not rendered. APNtech refuses to refund my money, even after multiple calls.I request a full refund of $821 and for APNtech to stop contacting me.Its worth noting that APNtech has nearly 200 BBB complaints in the last three years, many describing the same fraudulent pattern of false advertising, surprise charges, and refusal to refund.

    We appreciate the opportunity to respond to Mr. ***** concerns. After a full review of his account and service records, we would like to clarify the following:
    Mr. **** enrolled in our Prime Listings program, which syndicates his business information across 96 directory sites and registers his business on major voice search platforms (including Siri, ****** and Google Assistant). These services were fulfilled, and a Directory Report was provided to demonstrate the completed work. At the time of purchase, Mr. **** did not appear on Apple Maps, which is why he agreed to proceed. Following our service, his business was successfully published on Apple Maps and multiple other platforms.
    Regarding the charges, the records show two monthly payments of $199 for the Prime Listings program and a one-time $423 fee for setup and registration services. These charges match the agreed-upon terms reviewed during the recorded sales call. At no point during the enrollment or subsequent review of calls did Mr. **** express that he already had Apple Maps properly set up, nor was there any misrepresentation of the services provided.
    While we regret that Mr. **** is dissatisfied, the services he purchased were delivered in full. As such, his account does not qualify for a refund under our service policy. His subscription has since been cancelled per his request, and no further charges will be incurred.
    We take all customer feedback seriously and strive to resolve concerns promptly and fairly. We remain available should Mr. **** require assistance accessing his account or navigating the directory and voice listings that were created.

    They keep trying to collect $49.99 from my business for what they call Prime listing that they say I signed up for through an email or text, which I did not, I have not heard a word from them since I cancelled their service on 4/8/2025. Then all of sudden they are calling trying to collect $49.99 for some Prime Listing that I apparently signed up for by text in July. When I asked for proof they could not provide it. They are scammers and the only way you can cancel something you didn't sign up for is to pay them.

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond. We have reviewed this account and would like to provide clarification regarding the disputed charge.
    Our records confirm that on July 8, 2025, an opt-in email was sent to ****************** and an opt-in SMS was sent to ************** regarding our Prime Reviews Plan. On July 9, 2025, the client successfully activated a free trial subscription through our online dashboard. This activation enrolled the business in the Prime Reviews plan, with the understanding that billing would begin after the free trial unless canceled before the first invoice date.
    No cancellation request was received during the trial period. As a result, the account automatically transitioned into the monthly plan at $49.99, in accordance with the agreed terms of service.
    We understand the clients concern and want to emphasize that there was no unauthorized enrollment. The subscription was opted into by the client via the email/SMS confirmation process and dashboard activation on July 9, 2025.
    That said, we respect the clients request for no further contact. The account has been canceled and no additional billing will occur.

    As part of that package, we provide a complimentary single-page website. This site is meant as a courtesy to help enhance your online presence, but it is not a full .com or .net managed website package. We did review your account, and it shows your business information has been registered across platforms as promised, and the web page was delivered as part of the courtesy inclusion.
    Your concerns appear to be specific to the website page. While we understand your preference for a custom .com or .net domain, that is outside the scope of the package purchased. Our team did explain the limitations and what changes could or could not be made. The voice search registration service you purchased remains active and functioning as intended.
    We are happy to assist you further with your business profile and listings. However, the service originally purchased has already been fulfilled.

I have called APNTech representatives a multitude of time and have been hung up on while in calls with customer service, I have been informed to update my portal with them which I have done so multiple times, I requested termination of my account with them and requested a refund due to failure to uphold the standing agreement with them and my commercial business. I have been informed that no cancellation can be made until after 30 days which exceeds the 30 day cancellation period for a refund.

    We have reviewed Mr. ******* account in detail and would like to clarify the resolution.
    Mr. ****** purchased our ********************************* on July 29, 2025. This product is designed to syndicate business information across major voice search platforms such as Siri, ****** and Google Assistant. A complimentary one-page website is also provided as a courtesy, but the core product is the voice search registration itself.
    We understand Mr. ******* concern regarding how his business information appeared online. While APN Tech facilitates the registration process, we do not control how or when external platforms update or display their listings.
    That said, after Mr. ****** expressed dissatisfaction and requested cancellation, our team initiated a full refund of $396.00 on August 11, 2025. The refund was processed back to his original payment method, and a credit note was sent via email. As with all financial institutions, it may take 714 business days for the funds to appear on the customers account.
    We regret that Mr. ****** did not feel supported during his interactions and will use this as an opportunity to improve our customer service experience. At this point, however, the disputed amount has already been refunded in full and his account with us has been closed.

    *** called on July 23 saying they were Apple Maps and could help my business. I know know they are not Apple Maps and so I tried to cancel the next day. Was told I had to wait 3 weeks for them to work on my business account. I explained to them I didnt want them to work on my account at all. Was told there is no option to cancel until after the 3 weeks. They will not return the money after the 3 weeks because they already did the work. I have been lied to so many times by this company its unreal. We had a family emergency and really needed the money back. The pain and suffering caused by them lying has taken a toll on me and my family. We paid $398 too. And the customer service just yell and lie to you saying people will call you in 24 hrs with help and no one calls back

    On July 23, 2025, you authorized a $398 payment for our *************************** This service is designed to register and submit your business information to major voice search platforms including Siri, ****** and Google Assistant. While we are a third party provider, not affiliated with *****, ******, or ******, this was explained during onboarding and again in follow-up communications.
    Within 24 hours of activation, your business profile was submitted to the appropriate platforms and registration was initiated. Our onboarding materials and terms explain that this is a non-instant process, typically taking 3 to 4 weeks to fully populate. Additionally, you were advised to complete or update your Yelp profile, which is critical for visibility on Siri and ****** Our support team emailed setup instructions to assist with this step.
    We understand you requested cancellation shortly after the call. However, as the service was already initiated and digital submissions were in progress, cancellation at that point did not qualify for a refund under our policy. Per the terms agreed upon at the time of sale, a full refund is only available if we are unable to complete registration on the voice platforms after 30 days.
    Our agents made multiple attempts to clarify the situation and offered technical support. We are sorry if these efforts fell short of your expectations or were perceived as unhelpful. Your case was escalated to a supervisor, and we are still available to assist.
    If, after 30 days, your business is not appearing on the supported voice platforms despite completing all setup steps, we are happy to re-review your account for refund eligibility.

    Its hard for me to fathom that you that you actually read/understood what I am was saying in my complaint.  Im not completing anything for a service I dont want. All voice services you offer will not be completed because I dont have profiles for all of them. It clearly says if you can not complete the voice service on all platforms then I get a refund. So do it now instead of waiting a month.  Doesnt make any sense.  And I know you have to reply with the corporateanswer. Was actually hoping someone would think about it before replying.

    As outlined in our Terms of Service and during your onboarding call, once business information is submitted to third-party platforms (Apple Maps, ******* ****** etc.), that work cannot be reversed. Because of this, refunds are only considered if, after 30 days, your business is not populating on ****** Siri, or ******. At this time, your registration is active and submissions have already been processed, so a refund is not eligible.
    Its important to note that while we recommend completing a Yelp profilesince ***** and Siri often pull directly from Yelpthat portion is optional and controlled by you. Whether or not you maintain **** does not prevent us from fulfilling our obligation to submit your data.
    Our team has already explained this in recent calls:
    August 13, 2025  Confirmed activation timelines, advised to check back after week four, and emailed instructions to improve visibility. You acknowledged this.
    July 25, 2025  Explained that a refund was not eligible at this stage.
    July 24, 2025 Confirmed registration was active and advised **** for stronger results.
    We have completed our part of the service by submitting your information. If, after the 30-day period, your business is not visible on ****** Siri, or ******, we will conduct a diagnostic and review refund eligibility. Until then, our support team is available to assist you with steps to maximize visibility, including Yelp guidance should you choose to proceed.

    I purchased *** text services in November of 2024. And it's now been over 6 months and the services that they stated they would provide they have yet to provide my company. They state that will register me with voice search on multiple platforms which on those platforms I still am not able to be voice searched accurately. I paid a one-time fee and I called to request a refund of the funds given to their company to provide a service they have not provided. I was given the runaround by the customer service representative stating that they only agreed to register and not represent which was not this spiel that I was given when I paid for the services. I tried to contact the company multiple times before which they failed to contact me back. I had to call the ***** number and spend 45 minutes of my day answering questions and waiting for diagnostics that have already been completed by myself for them to tell me that they did hold up their end of the deal. Simply registering my company as I could have done myself was not the deal. Their company States they will represent me and give me the best voice search representation possible. APNtech failed to provide the services that they advertise to me. I've had to spend countless hours building my own presence without their help!

    Mr. *** enrolled in our ****************** in November 2024, which is a one-time registration product designed to create and submit a business voice profile across major voice search platforms like Siri, ****** and Google Assistant. Our service does not guarantee exact search results or rankings, as these are controlled by third-party platforms and influenced by multiple external factorsincluding ongoing digital presence, reviews, and website authoritywhich are beyond our scope of service.
    The deliverables promised were fulfilled: registration and submission of the voice profile to the supported platforms. Our records indicate that our customer service team spent considerable time assisting Mr. **** including a follow-up diagnostic call, which confirmed that the service had been completed as described in the onboarding materials and agreement.
    While we understand the frustration that can come from unmet expectations, especially in the evolving world of voice search, APNtech did not misrepresent the service. The one-time fee covers registrationnot ongoing management or representation. We apologize if that distinction was unclear during the initial sales conversation.

    The company States they fulfilled their obligations but during the sales call represented the service as more than just simply entering my information for me. The follow-up call was scheduled at time of payment and no other calls were made, in fact multiple attempts to contact APN tech were failed. The service sells itself as a company that helps a customer become more visible through web search when in fact the company registers the customer to then be managed by someone else? To make them more visible and locatable through voice search? In fact that is exactly what they did and they sold me on the vision of receiving more business using their service when in fact the only way to receive more business would be to continue on my own after the registration. Who in the right mind would pay for a simple registration that could be done by themselves? The last question was rhetorical because the answer is no one. If the services were properly represented at the time of sale I would have never paid to have my name address and company name typed into a server database. APN tech are crooks and have a bad name across the board with multiple complaints for a reason

    I am not requesting but demanding a refund on the funds given to the company for a service that was meaningless and misrepresented.

It was clearly described during the sales and onboarding process as a submission of your business profile to major voice search platforms, including Google Assistant, Siri, ****** and Cortana. This service is designed to improve visibility potential through voice-enabled searchbut it does not include ongoing SEO, advertising, or guaranteed business results.
    You state that no follow-up occurred, but our records show a follow-up diagnostic call was completed to confirm submission and provide platform guidance. We attempted additional outreach, but did not receive a response. We regret if you were unable to connect with us afterward and remain available for support.
    Regarding your claim of misrepresentation: our representative explained that we facilitate the registration process, which is often misunderstood as a one-click task. In reality, the process involves cross-platform submissions, formatting for schema compliance, and integrations that go beyond a simple data entry. Nonetheless, we make it clear that this is not an ongoing visibility management service, nor is it performance-based.
    We understand your frustration but must reiterate: the service you purchased was delivered in full as described. No false claims were made, and we do not engage in deceptive practices.     On July 7th, the customer purchased our ********************************* for $298. This service includes registration across major platforms such as ******, ******, *****, and ********** and integration with devices that support voice search functionality.
    At no point did we claim to be ****** or affiliated with any company other than APN Tech. Our representative clearly explained that we were assisting with ****** verificationa service handled by our internal support team.
    To avoid miscommunication, the full conversation was conducted in the customers native language to ensure all service terms, pricing, and expectations were clearly understood. The customer voluntarily provided full payment information, including card number, expiration date, and CVV, over the phone. This confirms that the purchase was knowingly and willingly authorized, and not fraudulent.
    In line with compliance standards, we submitted the customers business information to all relevant voice platforms on the same day of purchase. We also explained during the call that this process takes time and is not instant. A general timeframe for expected results was provided.
    We have not denied the customer a refund. We simply advised that, since the registration process was already initiated, we would need time to evaluate whether the service met the expectations outlined at the time of purchase. If the outcome falls short, we are prepared to issue a full refund per our policy.

    I have a problem with the wrong doctors name showing up when we call people. I was told they could fix it. I paid them. After meeting with them they told me the old doctors information was all over the internet and they could not help for the price quoted. They record all conversations. Please make them pull the recordings. After my last meeting I was told they would have technical support reach out to me. I never heard anything from them. I reached out to get refund. They said no. They lied to get my credit card information. The receipt says voice registration but that is not what I signed up for. This company is full deceit and con artist. They will tell you what ever it it takes to get your credit card information.

    During the onboarding process, our team explained that caller ID name display issues are typically managed through the phone service provider (carrier) and not something our voice registration product directly controls. Outdated or incorrect listings, especially those involving former business owners or practitioners, often appear across many third-party directories and can require extended work or additional services to correctbeyond the one-time voice registration package purchased.
    We have reviewed call logs and can confirm that our representative disclosed this distinction. The customer authorized the charge by voluntarily providing full card information over the phone. There is no evidence of fraud or deceit, and the claim that the service was misrepresented does not align with the facts on record.
    While we regret any misunderstanding, the service was delivered as described. That said, we are still happy to escalate this internally for a final technical review and will reach out directly to Mr. ******* to discuss potential next steps.
