    I was sold a service by APN and after paying a subscription of $199 a month plus start up fee of $700.I have tried canceling with this company 5 months ago but they keep herassing me by calling me and living a message saying we cant cancel you until we talk to you on the phone, and when I call them back to cancel ***** who is the sales rehasser refuses to cancel my subscription. I am tired of being interrupted by this company and I did warn them saying, if your company contacts me again I will complain to BBB. I have sent them an email requesting as well as demanding a cancellation of my subscription.attached are voice mails they have left me!I need your help stopping this company from interrupting my business and effecting my state of mind.Thank you

    We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Upon reviewing the conversations with our representatives, it appears that you first spoke with our representative ***** on Jan 12th. During that call, ***** acknowledged your concerns about the monthly payments being too high for that month and the lack of visible results from our Prime Listings program. In response, ***** proposed waiving two months' worth of payments and even lowered your monthly payment to ensure your comfort while completing the 6 to 12-month timeframe promised to achieve the desired results. You agreed to continue with the program, despite it being only 4 months in.
    Your next conversation was on April 2nd, during which you reiterated concerns about not seeing results for your business. When ***** attempted to address your concerns, it seems he encountered frustration on your end. Following our standard operating procedures, ***** attempted a brief conversation with you to assist with cancellation. Unfortunately, the call was disconnected during this process.
    We want to assure you that we remain fully committed to assisting you with any concerns you may have. Your satisfaction and fulfillment of your request are our top priorities. Additionally, ***** attempted to follow up with a detailed voicemail after the call was disconnected.     I am kindly asking APNtech to cancel the subscription by sending Esthetique Boutique a cancelation letter through BBB stating agents no longer will be contacting ***** in the future harassing business owner into paying APNtech more payments.  Esthetique Boutique is requesting APNtech to reverse all charges and reimburse Esthetique Boutique for  payments of $200 for 5 months and start up fee of $800 as all the charges that Esthetique Boutique payed for will be reversed and reimbursed back to Esthetique Boutique as per APNtech conversation back in November 2023 when the business was promised improvements and APNtech failed to deliver.

    Evidence APNtech is claiming that they have improved Esthetique Boutiques business whitin the timeframe of APNtech subscription is inaccurate according to ************************ collected.

    Therefore Esthetique Boutique requests a full refund from APNtech.

    Company calls as "Voice Recognition search". I have told them I do not want their service and to remove my number. They refuse. I called and when they refuse, they just hang up, then call back again later. I have spoken with an Agent who called himself ******* and later called himself ******, who when I told him I wasn't interested ever, he told me to "Suck his D***" and that he was eating lunch, and then told me he wanted to kill me. Literally he said he wanted to kill **** then called back and spoke to someone who claimed to be a manager, who called himself *****. ***** said he would look into the recordings (though they never say the line is recorded), and then he hung up on me as well.I have requested multiple times for my business number to be removed, and they continue to call. They also change their number every couple days to get around blacklists and anti-spam calls.If they continue, I will be contacting a lawyer to file a harassment charge. At this time, I am only requesting to have all of my numbers removed from their system and for them to provide a method to do that.

    I signed up for a service, and after thinking about the situation this was not a good fit for me. I immediately asked for a refund. ********************************************************* to a manager named *********. He then continued to tell me that they would only provide a refund after 3 weeks have passed and I wasn't placed on all platforms. I told him I would dispute the charge if they did not give me a refund. He then asked if I made a bad business decision, and I said yes. He then stated that he would not use this against my dispute so they would keep the charge, and that everything is recorded. When I signed up for this service they told me that it was a one time fee of 370 dollars, but I am now seeing that they are going to try and charge you 100 dollars a month, and that was never stated to me. This website is a scam. I want my money back and everything removed from them.

It's important to understand that once you had placed a cancellation request is placed, your information had already been submitted, which prevented us from issuing a refund until the end of the 4th week to determine if your business is successfully registered. If registration is unsuccessful, we would be more than happy to issue a refund. However, if your business is registered successfully, these services will be available for the lifetime of your business, making a refund unfeasible. While a full refund may not be possible, we have offered to issue a partial refund to assist you as much as possible.     I purchased three services from apnTech. apnTech was suppose to correct all my business information on all search engines. They showed me a report of aproximately 100 search engines where my information was incomplete or missing. Then without confirming the correct spelling of the business namewith me they published my Business name incorrectly as well as creating a listing that showed my business as PERMANTLY CLOSED and all other listings and profiles were changed to the incorrect spelling of my business. They claim they did not have any access to the profile that showed the business as PERMANTLY CLOSED. They are the only ones with the misspelling of my bussness and before I hired them that profile was correct. The publishing of my business name being misspelled has cost me 3 months of lost income and has still not been corrected on several search engines. I was also conned into purchasing a software program that was to make it easy for clients to write a ****** review. This program was supose to have Formated text messages where all I needed to do was put in a phone number. No such feature. The cost for the software was $500 and a monthly fee of $149. I had to argue with a representative for HOURS to convince them my company was too small to pay for this service. I requested a refund of the $500 and was denied. I disputed the charge because I do not have a disc or access to the software therefore I have no product for the $500 and the dispute was denied.

Specifically, in January 2024, the capitalization of your business name was corrected. Keep in mind that some of your major search engines will take some time to update your business information for security purposes. 

    Given the new presence on Apple Maps, it will take some time for your business to be indicated with open hours. Efforts have been made to update your business hours from "permanently closed" to open hours through Apple Maps by verifying your business page. Moreover, our Birdeye program offers automation for responses and outreach to client reviews. Which we are very disappointed for now being able to explain this fact before the date of your dispute.

    This company is a scam and wants access to your ****** account to do anything. They are unprofessional and cannot listen to simple instructions. I did research and found the BBB complaints and reviews, told them we wanted to cancel and get a refund. They would not refund the money which is crazy since it was a day after, very unprofessional for a company with unhappy customers when they promote nothing but a guarantee on their website and customer service. Now we will be disputing the charge and advising anyone not to use this company. The next day after being charged the $373 the credit card is not approving other charges and suspected fraud. BUYER BE AWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    I used a card that wasnt mine to make a payment to their company and the bank is telling the card holder to file a police report for her evidence of fraud and I told them what was going on and a guy told me that I didnt talk to the man named ******* and said I talked to another person named ****** when I know who I talked to and received an email from their pretending that a person named ******* doesnt exist when I clearly has an email from the person ******* if needed I would send the email from *******

    I was called and offered the services of having my name and business show up when someone in the area asked their phones, ***** or Siri. I was told that once set up I would show up in the top 3. I was told to test it and to have family and friends test it. If it didn't work then I would be refunded. After getting set up I found I was solicited to have to pay to have my information at the top of ****** to show up. High dollar too. I did not want to pay for anymore services. After waiting weeks to finally be set up I am not able to be seen in the list of Realtors that show up after scrolling of at least 20. I was told ** on the list but Im not showing up on my end. They said that they can not guarantee where on the list I show up. I asked them to listen to the recording of my call and what I was promised. They were very short with me and said I can not get a refund and that is not what I was promised. The person who called me said many times to have family and friends check to see if I show up and if I don't then I would get a refund. Im quite upset.

    I am writing again expressing my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by your company, as well as to request a refund for the misrepresented services I have received.
    During the sales call, I was assured that upon signing up, I would be placed at the top and prominently featured in voice search results on platforms such as Siri and ****** Moreover, it was emphasized repeatedly that I could verify this claim by having friends and family conduct voice searches. Additionally, it was assured that if I did not appear as promised, I would be entitled to a refund.
    However, upon implementation of the service, I discovered that the results did not align with the promises made during the sales call. I did not receive the visibility and prominence that were guaranteed. This misrepresentation of services is deeply disappointing and has led to a loss of trust in your company.
    It appears that the primary focus of your business model is to secure sign-*** and then attempt to ***ell additional services, rather than fulfilling the commitments made to your customers. This approach is not only unethical but also misleading to consumers like myself who expect transparency and honesty in business dealings.
    Given the discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered, I am formally requesting a refund for the services rendered. I believe it is only fair to receive compensation for the misrepresented and inadequate services provided.
    I trust that you will take this matter seriously and promptly address my request for a refund. As I have addressed previously please listen to the sales phone call as I was advised that it was being recorded. You will be able to hear for yourself the promises the salesperson made to me.

    This company is for voice Search recognition for businesses. They promise within 3-4 weeks your business will pop up in the top 3 results when voice searching on ******* *****, **** and *******. I bought the service on December 13 and received no new business from this service, so I tested it on all voice search venues and I did not pop up at all. I requested the full refund that they explicitly promise on all their platforms. Their sales rep assured me of this also as I was a little skeptical of spending this amount of money. This company is dangerous because they have access to remove all negative ****** reviews and they have multiple fake reviews I'm sure. Now looking deeper I see they already have multiple complaints on here and I wish I had checked this.

    We hired them to help our web visibility for our business. We no longer want their services. Were not looking for a refund but simply want the service cancelled. It is a month to month service and there is no contract. They keep giving us a run around and have not canceled.

    January 30th,2024. Signed up for the service. I was told I could get a refund 100percent guaranteed if Im not satisfied. But they didnt say I have to wait 3 weeks and the customer service gentleman was not nice and yelling at me. Telling me I havent even given me t a try yet. When I asked if if I would get a refund he stated no. Did you read the fine print you have to wait and give it a chance. But Im asking for a refund youre not going to give it to me? No you have to wait three weeks.
