I won my case so I should not be concerned when I receive mail like I did this past ********** is unnerving to still receive correspondence about the timeshare I had.   We just signed on with *** and so far, the service has been exceptional. Starting with *****, great customerservice, accomodating, and friendly. ********* has done as promised. He's been with us every step of the way, reassuring and guiding us through the process. He's been very professional and he lets us take our time when we need to make decisions and/or sign documents. Najwa has also been very helpful and patient with us. This team is accessible and ready to help. So far so good.

  ***** **** has been amazing to work with. I do wish that I could speak with an attorney on the phone as I am having some issues with one of the timeshare companies reporting the accounts as mortgages. I never can get an attorney on the line although ***** has been great to answer my calls and call back.

  With loads of patience, we are getting through this long process of having Timeshare Compliance legally disentangle us from a timeshare contract. There have been a couple of bumps along the road...change of personnel has been a little frustrating, but now we have spoken with the fellow who is assigned to our case, *****. He has assured us that he will be the one to fill us in on every aspect of the case. It is a relief to have that assurance and know that we can contact him whenever we have ************ has not let us down...they know, and did tell us to begin with, that the process would likely be a long one. Since the timeshare developers don't want to let go of us, they are using, against us, their biggest weapon of TIME spent waiting for a resolution. Not pretty; not comfortable, but we will stick it out, knowing that TC and the legal team is not giving up on us. We do have confidence in them and the team is interested in helping us every step of the way.

  Thank you, *****! He is the 4th person I've dealt with at *** and I have to say he has been the one to help me the best. I called with my ire at a 10 and he was able to help me and calm me down.
