  It's been a long 5 years as client with at the time they were called Timeshare Compliance now I see it's Timeshare Contract Resolution. Long story short I'm finally out of timeshare and credit has been fixed. Thought I was never going to be able to move on due to bad credit because of the timeshare but finally there was light at the end of tunnel in this story in my life. Thank you very much.

  I hired this company for $7000 back in November, 2024 and paid a lawyers retainer fee as part of their sign up agreement additional money. And I see here, people paid less. So far only a "Cease and Desist" letter went out to my Timeshare company. They asked ME to write a letter myself to the law firm about how I was deceived into being sold the timeshare. My non-payments continue to be reported to the credit bureaus. Every time deadline is being pushed back. They never provide an update, unless I call them and insist on update. Well, in reality there's no update..According to timeshare company, law company they are associated with, do not even try to follow up with my developer...I feel completely duped. This business is a complete scam, I've thrown out all my money, and I'm just sick about it. BUYER BEWARE!

There is, unfortunately, a disconnect in how that communication has been received or understood, and we sincerely regret that it has caused you additional stress.
  We also want to clarify that the cease and desist letter is just one phase of a longer  process. Asking you to write a letter detailing your experience is a critical step in building a strong caseyour personal account strengthens  your argument and helps the attorneys advocate more effectively on your behalf.
  

  As for communication with your developer, we are engaged and pursuing all appropriate channels, though timeshare companies are often slow to respond or deliberately resistant. These files can take time, and we are currently about seven months into yoursa typical timeframe for meaningful movement. That said, we completely understand how frustrating the waiting can be.

  This was the best experience in exiting a time share. ******* ******* Of TCR was great, always keeping us informed. We attempted to get similar results with several other entities and ended up spending large amounts of money with no results. *** was able to do what no one else could. Cannot say enough great things. Thank you

Holiday Inn showed how we could benefit by having a timeshare with them. This was so untrue.   I truly appreciate *** for helping me get out of my timeshare. They did a wonderful job from start to finish, staying in contact with me throughout the entire process. They really listened to me and took into consideration everything I was going through at the time. When I was under pressure from Holiday Inn, they made it seem like buying a timeshare would e the best thing for me and my family-that wed more space and time and I would save money. But that was not true. I was going through a lot with my daughter whom was sick. They was only focused on making that sale. ***, on the other hand, cared. They understood my situation and guided me through getting out of something that was never right for me in the first place. Im so thankful for their support and professionalism. Thanks ********.

  Worked through the process of getting us out of our TS contract. The initial report was unsettling. ******* agreed to a release if we paid $70,000. WHAT? Pay you so we'd have nothing? NO DEAL. TCR stuck with us an with their agent, ***** ****, got us completely out of our contract. We were foolish to think that Wyndham were interested in making our vacation plans affordable. Instead we got sucked into a completely untenable contract that doubled our monthly maintenance while unable to generate any income. Thank you *** for relieving us and our children from the burden of that liability.
