1 starThe company would not disclose their upfront fees in advance of me submitting a recorded message for my claim. I find it dishonest because it doesn't allow me to compare them versus competitors. It also fails to consider the time and effort on my part.I'm going to compare several companies and I wanted to consider getting out of my timeshare. So, I contacted Timeshare Contract Resolution.However, they had a screening call and then set up another zoom call where they wanted to record my potential claim. Before I invested my time with this particular company, I wanted to know if it was worth my effort and if they were the best company for the work.They refused to tell me the upfront cost!!!Who knows what they do and if it's worth the expense. Selective posting of reviews and testimonials neve is a good way to judge their performance. I just find it similar of the sales of the timeshares themselves!!!

5 starsIt's been a long 5 years as client with at the time they were called Timeshare Compliance now I see it's Timeshare Contract Resolution. Long story short I'm finally out of timeshare and credit has been fixed. Thought I was never going to be able to move on due to bad credit because of the timeshare but finally there was light at the end of tunnel in this story in my life. 5 starsI truly appreciate *** for helping me get out of my timeshare. They did a wonderful job from start to finish, staying in contact with me throughout the entire process. They really listened to me and took into consideration everything I was going through at the time. When I was under pressure from Holiday Inn, they made it seem like buying a timeshare would e the best thing for me and my family-that wed more space and time and I would save money. But that was not true. I was going through a lot with my daughter whom was sick. They was only focused on making that sale. ***, on the other hand, cared. They understood my situation and guided me through getting out of something that was never right for me in the first place. Im so thankful for their support and professionalism.
