  We were very pleased with our experience with *** team through all of the phases of helping us throughout the process. We are grateful for the careful guidance in knowing what to do along the way.   Worked through the process of getting us out of our TS contract. The initial report was unsettling. ******* agreed to a release if we paid $70,000. WHAT? Pay you so we'd have nothing? NO DEAL. TCR stuck with us an with their agent, ***** ****, got us completely out of our contract. We were foolish to think that Wyndham were interested in making our vacation plans affordable. Instead we got sucked into a completely untenable contract that doubled our monthly maintenance while unable to generate any income. Thank you *** for relieving us and our children from the burden of that liability.

  When Timeshare contract resolution tells you they will get you out of your timeshare they will also tell you that once youre under contract, you can stop paying for your timeshare when in reality thats how they get you out, you default on your loan and then the company charges it off so dont waste your money using Timeshare contract resolution just stop paying for your timeshare. Theres no sense in handing over thousands of dollars to Timeshare contract resolution for them to tell you to quit paying you can do that solely on your own and get out the same way they got me out by me doing all the work and me paying them to tell me to quit paying so basically I just exchanged money from one crooked company to another crooked company. And then they will give you the runaround for several months, not telling you where things are going or where they are at and finally your timeshare company will send you a letter that says youre out of your timeshare by defaulting on your loan as my Timeshare did with me. You should really consult an attorney because I am not one, but this is my experience with ***. My personal thoughts dont waste your money for this company to tell you to default.

  Throughout your case, we handled all communication and actions diligently, following the necessary steps that this type of resolution process requires. You were issued a letter and supporting documentation confirming that you had been legally and permanently removed from your timeshare obligation.
  Additionally, the tax form you received is standard and indicates that you are no longer responsible for reporting any income or tax liability related to your timeshare moving forward. This does not reflect a foreclosure, but rather the conclusion of your timeshare ownership. To clarify again: this was not a foreclosureit was a successful release from your timeshare.

  *** just let us know that we are free from our contract with our timeshare. After sending documentation as needed over 9-10 months and a little patience on our part, we received the result we were hoping.
