  I just hung up from my initial call with Courtland from Timeshare Contract Resolution. He was patient and thorough in explaining the process of how to completely exit my timeshare.With a dose of humor and understanding, he walked me through the logistics of how to permanently end this nightmare Ive been living.I have been attempting to exit my timeshare for much too long. If I could give 100 stars to him, *****, and the entire team, I would.Thank you, thank you, thank you!I will always recommend this company to anyone looking to exit their timeshare.

  Patient is a virtue. ***** **** has been very helpful and informative with the status of timeshare resolution process. Just need to be patient AND answer the phone when he or whomever you are working with calls!

  Our records indicate that we maintained communication with **** throughout this process. Specifically, on 12/30/25, we reached out to **** to inform them that we were awaiting the revised document we had requested to proceed further. This communication was via phone.

  
  

  As of today, we have not received the requested revised document, which has delayed our ability to move forward. We remain fully committed to resolving this matter and are ready to proceed as soon as we receive the necessary information from ****.  We will reach out to **** today1/14/25. And make sure this is resolved asap.

  Someone called one day and left a message regarding my timeshare with a callback number. I thought I was calling the developer because I had written a letter requesting relief. It turned out to be **** with TCR. Before I hung up she asked me to give her a chance to explain what they did for folks like me. So I listened and decided to take a chance on getting out of my nightmare. What impressed me the most was that they actually flew the nicest (most honest) person, Mr. ****** ******** out to meet and talk with me in person. It was so nice to be able to have faith in people again. He explained everything in detail to me and I felt very hopeful that these folks would be the answer to my prayers. We are early on in the process at this point, but we are very pleased with the professionalism and the timeliness of everything. We have HOPE again to have a possibility to retire without the burden of timeshare maintenance fees and assessments!!!

  After speaking with ****** ********, he advised that I would be recieving a telephone call within 2 days. ******* ******* Contacted me the next day! She went over what our next steos were and went over the explanation letter that I would need to create. ******* ******* Was very patient and answered all my questions with regard to this next step.
