    Ordered hearing aids 08/30/2023, $109.97. Order number ******. Sent multiple emails on when I'd get them. Received 10/02/2023. Way too big for my ear. They were only "used" for about 30 seconds. I requested return info the next day. Returned on 10/04/2023 and followed their instructions and took pictures of each packing step after reading the horrible reviews. They received package 10/06/2023. I sent multiple emails asking when I'd receive credit. The last email on 11/02/2023 from them was the "will check with the finance department" trap everyone else has sited. I would like a refund of my money! This is ridiculous. I think we all need to file a class action lawsuit against this company ASAP.

    This complaint is about BOSSA HEARING. #1 They quoted a price with tax for hearing aids, #2 Immediately after, they offered an even better pair for $40 more, to which I hesitated, then agreed #3 they made additional offers and I was uneasy, refused further offers. The Purchase: A. after two weeks and no shipping notice I checked my credit card, charged ON ORDERING. I spoke to customer service multiple times. B. When I said I wanted a refund they assured me it would arrive in two more weeks supply issues was always excuse. It was finally received in August. THE RETURN: They shipment was hand delivered on ********* 30 in ********** office. Received and sent to accounting on August 31. 1) after waiting two weeks I called, well send a note to accounting 2) emails, emails emails with same answer. 3) It has been 62 DAYS SINCE THEY RECEIVED THE RETURN. I am 77, I am on social security, I pay my ********* my Part D, my prescription copays, personal hygiene, and rent. There is not much extra any time. This company is committing unethical business practices. It seems to be taking incoming to pay refunds after as much delay as possible. DO THEY HOPE I WILL DIE BEFORE REFUND??

    On July 1 I ordered a pair of hearing aids from Bossa Hearing. When I had not received them by July 15, I contacted them to enquire, I was told there was a delay, but no timeline. I decided to cancel the order as they had not been shipped. I was told I would receive a refund within 24 - 48 hours. To date (Nov 6) I have not received a refund. I have phoned, sent numerous emails, responded to their marketing texts, posted on their social media, and every single time I get the same answer - I am so sorry to hear this, I will take personal responsibility and rest assured, this has been escalated. And nothing.

    The aids fell out and returned them within 10 days. Have still not received a refund and it's been six months.

    I ordered hearing aids from Bossa Hearing in early July 2023. They were intended as a back up as mine were out for repair. I did not receive the hearing aids until August 11, 2023. I immediately returned them that day as I no longer needed them and the quality was so poor and shrieking. I followed their specific instructions for return. Bossa received my package on August 14, 2023. I paid ****** and have not received my refund. I have contacted Bossa on Sept 13, Oct 5, Oct 29 and did an online chat as well in mid October. Although company immediately responds to my e-mails, I always get the same story. We sent your information to finance ***** Thank you for your patience My tracking number is ******. When I saw all of these other complaints, I knew I was not alone.

    I ordered the Bossa Hearing hearing aids I tried to use them hoping it would help with The tinitus. I was riding farm equipment and the Bossa Hearing did not cancel the noise like I thought. Next thing, I was using a hand tool a 3/8" ratchet I sounded lour than I have heard every click. I called Bossa Hearing to see if they could give some advise or a setting to help with this tinnitus, She said she couldn't help me with any So I call them because they have to send me a RMA number and they #****** I sent them back Sept. 6th and the tracking said they received them Sept.9th Bossa Hearing has a 45 day return policy. I received the hearing aids 8-26-23 and returned 9-6-23 because I felt they were going to work for me. They emailed me a number to call, so I called On 10-2-23 I called 3 times, they didn't pick up so left a message. It said it would get back the next day and they did not. All I want is my $227.00 refunded. I didn't have the hearing aids over 45 days. They didn't work for me.Refund me please.     Bossa OTC Hearing Aids Order is under *********************** - order #'s ****** & ****** Bossa received 1 set back on 9/8/23, still have not received an RMA# for the 2nd set and they are for the last month and a half have said they will "escalate" the refund. He purchased one set, received and was billed for 2. I have called and asked about the refund and was told it would be escalated. That was Monday the 30th and again on Wednesday, November 1st. My step mother has been in constant contact with them via ******** messenger since September 14th, asking for the refund and the rma to return the second set. She will not send the second set back until they receive credit for the 1st ones, because they don't want to be out product and money. I have been in contact with a ***** on their web page chat and also called them on the phone and spoken with an agent and a supervisor.

    I ordered a pair of Bossa hearing aids on Aug. 23, 2023. They did arrive and I couldn't wear them so I contacted them and got instructions on how to return. They received my return package on Sept. 8, 2023. I have sent them several emails asking about my refund and I still have NOT received my refund 2 months later. The support team just keeps saying that they'll look into it. My account # is order # ****** for $197.97. I was informed that I owed them $25 for a restocking fee. They were contacted by me concerning my refund on Oct. 2, Oct. 14 and on Oct. 22. My request # is ******.

    I do not wish to close out the complaint until I actually SEE the refund posted to my credit card. Forgive me for saying so, but I do NOT just accept their word on the matter.

    On Sept. 15th, 2023 I purchased hearing devices from Bossa Hearing for $209.95, I received them on Oct. 1st, 2023, I wore them as directed to get use to them but they kept hurting my ears and I was having the feeling my head was clogged up. I called the support line and was told to make sure they were charged fully and try again, which I did but it still didnt work so I call to return and was told I would have to pay for return and email them the tracking number. I mailed them and gave them the tracking number on Oct 3rd, 2023 and according to the tracking info they received them on Oct 7th, 2023. On Oct 9th, 2023 I called them and was told the aides had passed inspection and it would be 14 days and I would get my refund which will be Oct 27th, 2023, I told them good because another company was holding hearing aides for me and I needed that money to pay them cause Im on a fixed income. On Oct 27th, 2023 no refund, I called and was told the refund is going to be in my bank on Nov 2nd 2023, I said ok, Nov 2nd no refund, I called and was told the refund would be in my bank on Nov 8th, 2023, I ask the lady if I could speak with billing because this is the 3rd date they have giving me and what will happen when the 8th comes around and I still dont have my refund? She said that billing doesnt talk on the phone and the if I dont get my refund on the 8th we will cross that bridge when we get there. I asked if I could speak with a supervisor and was told they dont have them. I told her this other company is not going to hold my hearing aides forever and I really need them, she said wait till the 8th. Please help, Im afraid I will never get my refund. Thank you ****

    I ordered Bossa Hearing aides on 8/3 I received them 8/9. The order number was ******. They received my return on 9/1 . It is now 11/3 and I have yet to receive my refund. I have sent numerous emails and have made several calls to no avail. Poor customer service. I see I am not the only one having this problem
