I bought Bossa Hearing aids they didn't work for my husband sent them back they received them July 31 and as of 11/2 I still have not received my refund. They are keeping $25 for restocking fee so I want a full refund for it taking so long after they said 7-15days. I have sent lots of emails and they keep saying they would send it STILL WAITING FOR IT!!!Business Response

I purchased the hearing aids, they did not help my hearing loss. I returned them but somehow gave them the wrong receipts to follow up with. I ended up remembered that I sent them through th **** and had them insured. I sent the correct receipt, they keep putting me off and not refunding me. These were returned in pristine condition, I wore them once. I want my refund of ******Business Response

I began working with Bossa Hearing on August 26th. They took payment on that date. I reached out on 09/02/2023 to ask when I could expect delivery. I finally received my order 09/25/2023. After opening and trying out the hearing aids, I quickly realized they were not satisfactory. I packaged everything up, and sent it **** with tracking at my expense. My package was delivered to their return address on 10/02/2023. On October 9th, I was told the package had not yet reached the warehouse. Why give me a return address that wasn't to the warehouse that the package needed to be returned to? I was told the package would have to be inspected before a return could be processed. I was told the process could take ***** days. On October 15, I reached out again. I asked about the status of my refund, and was told by *****, that she would follow-up with the warehouse. Once again I was told the whole process would take ***** days. On October 23, I still had not heard from anyone regarding my refund. I sent an email that was answered by *****. It said that they had confirmation of receipt of the returned item from the warehouse. Then she went into a litany of reasons I might not receive a full refund. Which I can only assume is what's next in this charade. I informed them that today I am contacting you to help with the resolution of this problem. I have been out $165 since August, and I have no reason to believe in a refund at this point.Business Response

Ordered hearing aids on July 1, 2023. Put in a request to return them on August 21, 2023. Shipped back on August 30, 2023. Bossa acknowledged receipt of my return on Sept 1, 2023. This email stated the refund process takes ***** days. Emailed them sept 28, 2023 asking for update on the refund. They replied the same day stating it had already been submitted, but would follow up. Emailed again on Oct 11, 2023, received another placating response and they would follow up, but no refund. Emailed again on Oct. 30, **** and received another lying email. Still no refund after 60 days. This company is scamming seniors!Business Response

We understand how keen you are on this and that's understandable. The refund just issued last 4th of this month in our end and should reflect back in your account in the next few days.
You may not see the refund yet in your bank account, but we ********* will be posted.Which we suggest to allow few more days and monitor from time to time. On 12/23/2022 I purchased two sets of Bossa's **-5 Minis for $143.95.They did not work as advertised. Please see the email correspondence with them that I have attached for details.I returned both pairs in perfect condition within the 45-day trial period and Bossa has not reimbursed **** have followed up with them multiple times via email and phone. I had ordered their **************** Hearing aid and wasn't pleased with the results. It hurt my ears because of it's large size, and when I spoke it sounded like l was in a large hollow drum. I returned them within the proper time required and at a *** of 15days I was supposed to get my refund. It's been over 30 days and each week I get the same answer from the operator, "I'm so sorry, I will get this to our financial department and they will send an email with information on your refund. On June 24, 2023 I placed an order for the ****************** ($247 minus a discount of 15%) plus the Bossa Ear Cleaner which was order #******, total order including tax was. July 5 the Product shipped to me and was delivered July ************************************************************************************ August 16, I contacted Bossa via email to initiate the return. They sent instructions and address for doing the return after I spoke with them on the phone Aug 18. Aug 25 I returned just the hearing aids via **** and sent them the shipping tracking number. Aug 31 The package arrived back at Bossa. I was informed via email that it would take ***** business days to process before I would receive my refund. Sept 17 I emailed Bossa asking about the status of the refund. They replied that they would contact the billing department and I would receive an email (which I never did)Oct 2 I emailed again asking about the status. They (*****) apologized and said they would contact their ****************** and note the urgency. I never heard back.Oct 9 I called them again and voiced my frustration. They apologized and said that they would let their ****************** know (again) and that I should get my refund by the end of the week and would get an email confirmation. I received neither a refund nor any further emails.Every time they are contacted, they promise action but nothing ever happens and I never receive my promised refund, which should be $222.55 for the hearing aids plus tax.Business Response

Have been waiting since July to get my refund. I have emailed several times and they keep pushing it back. They received everything back in July. I will contact my credit card company also to get my payment back. This has taken way to long to get a refund. They have a refund policy of 45days from purchase. They are returned way before that. I have all the emails we have sent back and forth. I just want to get this cleared up. I need your help. I have talked to my credit card company and going to send them a request to stop payment to Bossa Hearing aid company. Stop them for ever doing business with them again. If they advertise a refund policy and give you 45 days to return the product. They should live up to that. They sent me a email saying they received everything back. Have said several times my refund is being worked on. They keep telling they are working on the refund. They always say give us a few more days to get it done. Sent another email today and have not heard anything back yet today. When I ordered these Hearing aids they took my credit card number and charged my account that day. They are in a hurry to get your money, but after you do everything they ask you to do for a refund, they don't live up to there promise. I just want to get my rebate back. I'm a senior citizen and living on my retirement. I need the money back as so as possible. Anything that you can do for me would be helpful. I'm tired of companies out there that get away with not doing what they say there gonna do. I hope you guys can help me out as soon as you can. With the holidays coming up I could use the money. I purchased these hearing aids on Jun 29, 2023, After several emails with the company they finally arrived July 29,2023. After trying them for about 14 days I decided they were not suitable for me and started a return request. On August 15 I was given the ok to return them since it was within their 45 day return period. I packaged them, in the original packaging and sent them through **** on that date. Since that day I have had over 8 emails exchanged between myself and the company and I keep getting the same reply. " Oh that should have been refunded by now I will get with the finance department and make sure it gets sent" . To date nothing has been refunded. I told them on my last message that I would be referring to BBB if it was not taken care of . Again the reply was I`ll gets taken care of. ********Business Response
