    My husband had me order a set for him. Took awhile but they finally came. He really liked them. After awhile they started not holding a charge for very long so he had me order another set. Been almost two years now and they never came. I don’t understand how companies like this can continue to exist with no repercussions. I sure would like my $150.00 back!
    There should be some way to stop all the scammers out there!

    First, I am surprised and disappointed to read about all of the complaints re: Bossa hearing aides!! I own and use 2 pair of Bossa hearing aides. They are my first & second sets of hearing aides, ever. With both purchases, (tx5 & proton max) I am Very pleased/satisfied in their performance and quality. They worked well from day 1 of wearing. Required a minimum of couple phone calls back in beginning, when first pair had to be replaced. The return and replacement process went smoothly & swiftly...no glitches/delays. I wear the TX 5s around home/bad wet weather, saving the proton max for out & about etc...daily go to aides.
    I'm distressed now, because I'm in dire need of more Wax Guards for my wonderful BOSSA hearing aides. I'm a senior citizen, on strained budget, who just wants to keep using her Most Satisfactory Bossa hearing aides as long as possible!!! Thus, Please, if you or anyone can secure a supply of Wax Guards , I would of course pay a fair price for them. THANK YOU, and I'm very sad for what has happened to this once promising company. Appears many innocent people have been robbed of both money and good hearing aides!

    Does not matter anymore. None of us are going to receive a refund. Hope anyone that has any attachment to this company rots in hell.

    If I could give no star I would. Ordered a pair for my mom they didn’t work out. I returned them in January and I’ve YET to receive my refund. Tried emailing and the email address is non existent.

    I ordered a set of hearing aids from Bossa Hearing on Ma.3,2024. as of Oct.24, I have not received any Info. other than an order number. After several e-mails, the only response I have gotten is an answer stating that my questions have been received, but NO response given about product nor refund. I must suspect that they are a fraudulent business. Cannot recommend them--BEWARE!

    Ordered over 5 months ago and never received the product.Living on social security don't go far and sure wish I could get my money back. Larry King in N.C

    3/31 - Ordered
    3/31 - Confirmed - Anticipate delivery - 1 to 2 weeks
    4/2 - Email thanking for delivery
    4/15 (week of) - Call by me - Spoke with Sandy - ‘Working on it’
    4/21 - Email from Bossa - Ava - Standard shipping is 8-12 days. Unforeseen production issue - Extended wait time
    5/1 - Call by me - Said my husband needed the hearing aids no later than 5/17 and promised to have them delivered by 5/15
    5/20 - Call by me - On hold 1 hour - Spoke with Sam - I told them to cancel my order
    5/20 - Email from Bossa - Sam - Confirmation for cancelled order request - Will process ASAP - Should receive an email in 48-72 hours
    5/20 - Last communication with Bossa
    5/21 - 10/1 - Multiple calls between these dates - At first I got busy signals - Then I started getting no answer - Now the two numbers I have are no longer in service - However, they are still selling merchandise on Amazon
    Numbers I have called - 1-XXX-829-1432 and 1-XXX-527-1546 - If anyone has any additional numbers please post so I can do more legwork on this

    If I could leave a minus score I would.
    April 14 I ordered a pair of hearing aids. Like many other customers, the hearing aids never came. I sent emails and received some return emails telling me of a back up in production causing a back order.
    I received an email saying I was next to be patient. I sent a few more emails but received no response.. the cost was $125.
    This point I received no response and finally nothing at all. I like others would just like a refund.
