    I ordered these hearng aides on *****. hen I didn't receive them I asked for a refund. I was promised a refund on **** and have yet o receive it

    Bossa Hearing order ******. I returned hearing aid because it didn't fit, kept falling out.I returned the order and they received it on 8/30/23. I have not received my refund yet.I have contacted Bossa weekly asking about the refund and they apologize and stated they will elevate the issue to get it resolved. 2 1/2 months later and no refund.

    On Wed Sept 27th, 2023, I placed an order for a pair of hearing aids on their website. ORDER #******. The very next day (28th), I send an email canceling the order and they responded and didn't even ship the item. Yet they went ahead and charged my credit card. So I waited until the 10th of October for credit to show up on my crdt cd acct, it never did, even though their refund policy says within 7days! Contacted them and they responded by email saying their accounting **** is processing it! Again on the 17th, and towards end of October also, and I was given the same run around. I told them I didn't want to pay interest on the crdt cd for the amount and they have no care! Since, I've noticed they're doing this to many seniors (I presume due to the nature of their business), they should be prosecuted by the State's Attorney and shut down by the state, I think (wish). I live in *****, but I would fly out to ******* to testify in court; either for defrauding seniors or a class-action law suit, as I've noticed there have been 450+ complaints! For now, I hope they refund my money for an order they haven't even shipped! Thank you for your help.P.S. I've disputed with my crdt cd company, and they've issued a temporary hold on the charge.

    from everything I've read written by the other complainants, I will not consider this resolved until I see the credit issued in my credit card account! I've been getting this 'run-around' from them for weeks!

    You may not see the refund yet in your bank account, but we ********* will be posted.Which we suggest to allow few more days and monitor from time to time.     On 9/9/23, I ordered a Bossa hearing aid. I received it 9/23 and it did not meet expectations.Bossa issued a return authorization 10/2/23 and item was returned 10/4/23.Per Bossa policy, I waited one month for credit back to my ***** I have followed up numerous times and Bossa confirmed credit was approved and will be reflected any day, one of their many excuses!To date, 11/15/23, credit has not been received.I request full credit, plus daily interest.

    On 4/10/23 I emailed Bossa asking how I would go about returning the hearing aids that I purchased (order#*****). I was informed that I would need to return them in the original packaging and would be charged a $25 restock fee. They also asked that I email them the tracking number. I packaged all contents in the original package and emailed the tracking number to them on 4/12/23 (tracking #**********************). I followed up on 5/16, 6/6, 7/1, 7/10, 9/9, 10/1, 10/18, 11/6 and 11/13. Each time I was told that they were still processing the refund and would escalate the request to the accounting team. At this point I think that requesting a FULL refund is not unreasonable. The restock fee should be waived! The phone number I was given is ************.

    On July 16th, I ordered (*****) the upgraded hearing aids. The total price was $149.97. Items were delivered on August 12th. In early September I returned the item in pristine condition. On October 22, they acknowledged the return. Since then, I have emailed them twice about the refund. They give lame excuses and I have not received the refund. This Company has passed the request around to several people. Yet, still no refund!!

    I returned hearing aids in the same condition i received them. Brand new, only used a 2 weeks, did not help me, I returned them. I purchased in Sept, returned in October, still waiting for refund.

    Bought hearing aids on line. The ad said, "if not satisfied, money back guarantee" Returned the hearing aids within time requirements. Company acknowledged receiving them back. Now some 9 months later, no refund.

    Original date of purchase for two hearing aids was August 2023. I canceled them the same day. But the company took my money and did confirm cancelation. I have been writing to them to refund my money. And as of today November 7th still no monies return. First they apologized and said it was the problem with the accounting department. Of course they apologized. Todate I still get apology and no further comment. I feel if I received nothing from them the money is owed to me. People should be informed buyer beware. It's a scam.
