    I returned the hearing aids in August 2023 because they were too big. Bossa gave me a request #******. I have emailed them 3 or 4 times and they say my refund is processing but I still have not received it. Every time I contact them they issue a standard reply and then I hear nothing from them.

    Ordered hearing aid, a monthlater another pair was sent.i never ordered it. Refused pkg, sent other one back. After several months, many emails and phone calls, promising my refund, I am still waiting.

    On 8/13/23 I purchased hearing aids from Bossa Hearing for $96.16. They did not fit my needs. I was promised a money back guarantee if returned within 45 days. They stated refund would take 7 to 15 days. I returned them as instructed and paid $10.20 for postage. Bossa acknowledges receiving them on 9/15/23. The request number assigned was *****. I have emailed several times and keep getting apologies and promises that refund will be soon, but no refund.

    Ordered hearing aids with credit card on: June 3, 2023. Received them in good condition on: June 23, 2023.Tried them for about a week or so, decided I did not want them. Returned under all refund guidelines. On June 30, 2023.Called regularly to be sure they received the returned package.They confirmed receipt of items in good condition on July 26, 2023.Checked each week to monitor my refund.They always promised swift action with the finance department.To date (nearly 4 months) and have still not received my refund.Im only asking what I paid$127.97. No more, no less.Thank you for your attention. I have a complete copy of the email exchange, but it is on my yahoo email and I don't know how to copy it to my ****** files. If I figure it out, I'll get you a copy.

    I purchased the hearing aids online from their website on September 16th, received them September 30th and knew fairly quickly that they were not right for me so I initiated a return. They are advertised as being fully refundable if returned within 30 days. I followed their exact specified return process, mailed them on October 3rd and provided them the **** tracking number (***********************) by email. Tracking shows that the hearing aids were received in their warehouse on October 5th. It says it takes ***** days for a refund to be processed. I heard nothing from them after a month I so reached out via email on November 6th. I received an email reply acknowledging receipt of the hearing aids and saying they would talk to their billing department and get back to me with my refund. Heard nothing further. It is now November 19th. I sent another email and received a similar response as before, an apology and asking for my patience while they talk to billing. They just keep saying the same thing and now I have read that this is a pattern for them and people do not get their refunds.The order number is ****** and this is also the number they have assigned to the return.I just want my money back. Thank you,

    The hearing aids did not provide any heap and Bossa had a 45 day return for a refund. The aid were returned a few days later on Sept 5th in the original packing. I have sent emails several times and their employed ***** keeps telling me she has talked to the finance dept.They were returned and accepted at 2:09 on Sept 5th; it is now two months and 13 days and no refund..

    On 9/16, 2023, I paid $76.47 for a set of hearing aids, plus an additional $9.97 for expedited rushed priority shipping. On 9/26, I inquired why the items had not shipped, even though I paid for expedited shipping. They refunded $9.97 and on 10/10, the items arrived. The items arrived defective and I immediately requested a return and refund option. On 10/11 I sent the item back, insured and with tracking. On 10/13 they acknowledged they received the defective unit and said a refund would be received in ***** business days. On 11/3 I still did not have my refund. On 11/9 I asked for an update via the chat function on their website and they said theyy were expediting the refund. On 11/14 I still had not heard back and emailed them. On 11/14 they replied and said the refund was on its way. On 11/15, I still see no signs of the refund on my credit account and called again. They said they were still looking into it. On 11/16, they emailed and said they were still looking into it. And now today, 11/17, they said they are still looking into it. It has now been over a month. As of today, I have sent 17 emails, have logged 8 phone calls, and 4 chat sessions with them regarding this issue.They are a horrible company - their product is extremely defective and didn't even work out of the box. The refund was requested because upon receipt of the package, I could hear the hearing aids (still in their packaging) hissing and screeching. The inability to process a $76.47 refund in over a month is suspicious and feels like a scam. They are fraudulent and non-responsive.

    until the refund is in my account, I do not accept this response. They have said this now for 2 month. I do not want this auto closing in five days. Since Oct 13th theyve been claiming the refund was on the way. At what point does this not look like fraud? The hundreds of complaints on this site alone are all the same. All related to fraudulent products and fraudulent money practices.

It is disgusting and heinous that it takes a complaint to the BBB to get a refund after 10+ weeks, but with this fraudulent company, operating a scam, to prey on innocent customers, needs something this drastic. Hopefully soon, their business will be shut down as they do not deserve to continue these behaviors. Thank you for getting them to do the right thing.

    I purchased a set of hearing aids November 2, 2023. I checked on when they would be shipped twice and received what I now know is their form letter from "Bea.As with other complaints received from BBB my $76+ was immediately posted to my credit card account.I have requested a cancellation of my order#****** and an immediate refund. Based on the similar complaints Ive read here, Im not holding my breath.Thanks for your help.

    Returned hearing aid in April 23 and was promised that all my money would be refunded. Sent several emails, received nice answers with promises that they would contact their finance department, but still no refund.
