I purchased over the counter hearing aids on Sept 21, 2023 for $109.97. My order number is ******. I received them on Oct. 10, 2023. After determining they were too big for my ears I immediately contacted Bossa Hearing to see about a return and refund. I precisely followed their instructions to return them. The next day Oct. 11, 2023 I returned them by US Mail. The tracking number is **** **** **** **** **** 56. They received the return on Oct. 16, 2023. I have been in contact by email and direct chat, with this company numerous times. They have been saying just a little more time or another department will be talking care of the refund. Two weeks ago on Monday, Nov. 13, 2023 I was told my refund would be happening by Friday, the 17th. It didn't happen so I contacted them one last time and I still haven't received my refund. I purchased a hearing aid for my 88 year old father on 4/25/23 for $76.47, order #******.The hearing aid arrived 5/27/23.My father had gotten sick since I ordered the hearing aid so I didn't open the package.My father passed away 6/15/23.I contacted Bossa on 6/30/23 to request returning the unopened package and receive a refund as they advertised.I sent the package on 7/10/23, tracking #1Z5T0T220389921412 (UPS).Bossa confirmed receiving the package on 8/7/23.I reached out to inquire about credit on 9/10/23.On 9/11/23 Bossa apologized for the delay in sending the credit, said would expedite.On 9/21/23 I reached out again.On 9/21/23 Bossa apologized again and promised to send credit.On 11/27/23 I reached out again.On 11/27/23 Bossa apologized again and promised to send credit.I have all communication on emails.I still haven't received the credit and it's been over 5 months.Business Response

I purchased these heating aids on 10/11. I immediately knew they were very bad hearing aids with a terrible ringing when used. I packed them up and sent them back.Bossa received them on 10/23. I am still waiting to get my refund. I have contacted them via email multiple times. They keep making excuses and say they will contact their finance group. I purchased the Proton Plus hearing aids on 9/20/23. Order no. ******. The hearing aids didn't work for me as advertised and I requested a refund of my money on 10/23/23. The person I spoke gave me return instructions. I sent them back by *** on 10/24/23, tracking no, **** **** **** **** **** 52. On 11/13/23 I sent them an email inquiring about the refund and I was told that the entire process takes about ***** business days. I sent them another email on 11/20/23. I received another email from them saying that the request was submitted to their billing **** and that they would send a follow up note to them. That was the last correspondence between us. I purchased the ***5 minis on July 27, 2023 for $89.97, as well as the ***5 mini PLUS+ upgrade for $20.00. I was charged $6.40 in taxes for a total of $102.87. The item was received around the 16th of August, and on the 23rd of August, I contacted them requesting a return. They got back to me on August 24th with instructions for the return. On September 6th, I provided them with the Tracking number as requested. They received the return on September 11th. They responded that I would receive my refund within ***** business days. Despite numerous emails sent by me and numerous promises from them that they would escalate it to the next level, I have not received the refund. It has now been 56 days since they received my return. Their excuse of unforeseen consequences is no longer acceptable. I had been extremely patient, but now I just want to resolve this matter and receive my refund. I can provide copies of all emails if necessary.Business Response
