    I made an internet purchase directly from Bossa Hearing on Sept. 22,2023 of Proton X aids on order # ******. After wearing and testing the aids for two weeks, I decided to return them as they did not improve my hearing. I contacted the company and arrangements were made to return the hearing aids and all accessories in pristine condition. All parts were returned in pristine condition. Their policy states that after receiving the parts it would take 10 - 15 business days to issue the refund. But, it has been nearly two months and the refund has not been issued. I have contacted Bossa several times, via e-mail and phone, and was given assurances that the refund would be issued that same day, but to no avail. I am still waiting !? I cannot imagine that my complaint is the only one ?? Please, if it is a "scam" operation, shut it down.

    I paid for the Bossa Hearing Aids with my credit card. I received them on Sept. 27, 2023. I returned them because they were not as good as the ones I currently have from ******* I called them per instructions for their return. Tracking info from **** shows they received them on October 6, 2023, and emails show they were approved for a full refund. Several emails and telephone calls assured me my full return is forthcoming but as of today, December 5, 2023, I still do not have my return of the purchase price. My last telephone call to them I was told the refund would be credited to my charge card on November 21, 2023, but it still has not been refunded. As I told them, I am 82 years of age and living on Social Security. While $158.37 may not seem like much to some people, its a sizable amount to me. They guarantee a full refund if the product is returned within 45 days and my return was well within that time frame. So wheres my money?

    8/17/23 placed order with Bossa Hearing for hearing enhancers. Payment was immediately deducted from my *** (flexible spending account)9/7/23 never recvd shipping information, contacted Bossa and was told they were experiencing a delay in the warehouse 9/12/23. Recvd hearing enhancers in mail 9/22/23 decided these were not what I was looking for contacted Bossa on return processno response from Bossa, sent another request for the return process. Recvd response on return process and I was in my 45 day, guaranteed return and I would have to pay for the shipping 9/29/23. Took to post office 9/30/23 sent by email to Bossa a copy of the shipping receipt and recvd an email immediately back advising they recvd the receipt 10/4/23. Recvd confirmation from post office package was delivered. Also received an immediate email from Bossa advising my return had been received and to allow ***** days for the refund money to be returned to my account 10/27/23 received email from my *** account requesting a copy of the receipt for this transaction. Contacted Bossa and advised of what I needed and was emailed another copy of my debit card transaction which I sent to my *** company. recvd email from *** Advising they couldnt use this as it did not provide my name, the date of the transaction or amount. Advised I was returning these to Bossa and my *** stated once credited back I would not need to provide receipt HOWEVER this needed to be done before 12/31/23 or I would be responsible for paying back the *** for this transaction. Immediately contacted Bossa and was told not a problem as my refund was already being processed Conracted Bossa regarding refund on 11/1, 11/3, 11/9, 11/15, 11/17, 11/24, 11/29, 11/30, 12/1, 12/2. Was told the same info return was processing. I also requested the accurate receipt needed each time. I asked this receipt be provided **** since obviously was not getting refunded. Now I will pay 2 times & loose my remaining money and be blocked.

    I have recvd this same response from Bossa multiple times since October.  And what they sent to the BBB does not even match the email I recvd today from them.  Advising me I have to wait until my bank post this refund and this could take couple of weeks and would need to talk to my bank. The only thing they did was pass the buck on to my bank to get you to close this.   First of all the money I sent them was not from my bank account or credit or debit card.  This came from my *** flex spend account, that expires on 12/31/23. And furthermore I am having to pay this Bossa Hearing charge 2 times as the *** has asked for a receipt that they refuse to provide me, so the *** wants their money from me plus I still havent been refunded from them. And my *** put a hold on this account until they receive the information they need which this hold on my remaining funds are now frozen AND I will lose them 12/31/23.  So no I will not except this    They can overnight a cashier check or be on the phone with me when this is submitted and provide the *** tracking number which they WILL get if they send it and in addition it will show immediately on that *** account.  It my not available to spend immediately but it will show within 5 minutes or less of them sending it.  There is always a paper trail and I expect them to provide it or prove it.  Thank you

    Transaction for hearing aids was Sept. 9 , I had 45 days after receiving items to return if not satisfied On Oct. 2, hearing aids were delivered. Oct 31 I contacted Bossa to inform I was not satisfied with the hearing aids. I was instructed to return and provide a tracking number. Nov. 3 Received email from Bossa , items were received. They stated it would be ***** days for refund. On several times I have emailed inquiring about my refund. The last reply I received was on Nov.27. stating they were experiencing some unforseen circumstances that have caused a delay.

    Bossa Hearing has failed to refund my money after returning their hearing aids which they received back on September 11, 2023 in perfect condition.Their return policy is within 45 days and I returned them very quickly ( within a few days of receipt) because they did not fit my ears.Return # ****** **** tracking # **** **** **** **** ****** Many emails have been sent and I keep being told they escalated my return payment to their financial team, yet no money has been refunded.Please help me get my refund.

    I became sceptical of the company when they sent 2 sets of hearing aids and I only ordered one. I refused delivery of the second set and they charged me anyway. The first set I returned to them and have my postal receipt. They will not refund my credit card in the amount of $251.01. Please help me get my refund.

    I purchased the hearing aids and then decided I didn't want them canceled the order every day that I call they say it's going to hit your bank today it's going to hit your bank today but it's been weeks and it still has not hit my bank and they give me the same answer each time

    Shipping was extremely longer than advertised and I cancelled and requested a refund almost 3 weeks ago and have received zero correspondence other than an email stating my refund has not been processed yet.

    Purchased ProTon Plus hearing aids for my husband June 5. He said they were just too big, so I called to start the return process on June 27. They talked me into buying the ProTon **** their smallest hearing aids. They would charge me the difference in price ($88) and I returned the first pair. The ProTon *** aids came in July and I could not get my husband talked into trying them after the fist time he put one in his ear. He said they were still too big. After weeks of trying to convince him, I called and started the return process. I returned the package (in perfect condition as they were taken out of the box once) August 23 or 24th and was with in the 45 days (see attached emails string). It has now been 3 months and Bossa has yet to issue my refund.

    $88 is NOT acceptable, I'm still owed $158+ for the first pair I returned.  The $88 was the amount I was charged for the 2nd pair which was the price difference between the two pair.

    An order for hearings aids was received from this company. They did not fit and did not feel good in my ears. I followed company directions for returning the item. It was received on October 27. The company has not returned my money as of this date. I have acknowledgement of receipt of return and was told return of payment would be sent in ***** days. It has been a month. when I contacted them twice about the delay, they said they would get back to me and have not done so.
