    I returned my Bossa hearing aids on October 15, 2023. They were received by Bossa on October 17th . Bossa agrees with all of this. They originally told me my refund would take ***** days. They now make excuses for not sending a refund. First, they said they had to run a check to be sure they received it. Then they escalated my refund to finance. Then they escalated it to management and now they send me the same email saying they have escalated it to management again. I returned the hearing aids a day after I received them because they did not work. I sent every thing back, packaged exactly as I received it. They agree they owe me the money but they wont sent it.

    purchased hearing aids from bossa sept 19 for ****** then on oct 2 they charged another **** they were too big for my small ears on oct 18 they charged me ****** for what was supposed to be smaller but were the same size they were supposed to send return labels for the returns i never received them i had a accident and let time pass when i called they said time at elapsed thy had to be sent back by dec 2 i am 77 on social security and need help please

    We have reviewed our system and it appears you made the upgrade/exchange from our TX-5 Mini to Proton **** The process was for exchange, in which you need to return the **-5 in exchange of ***************** Please know that we have sent you a return label to return the **-5 Mini via email on the day you requested for the exchange.

    However, we have not received the first pair which it supposed to be returned. We have found out that it's already ***************** window in which return cannot be accepted at this time. In pursuant to our policy, we only have  within 45-day return window. You can review our return policy at *********************************************************.

    Item purchased August 30, 2023. Received item end of September. Item unsatisfactory. Returned item early **************** received item 3 days later. Still waiting for my refund.

    Ordered hearing aid on sept 19. Paid via credit card $89.97. Cancelled order September 20. Received order October 16. Returned to sender unopened October 17. Bossa acknowledged receipt of product October 25 promised full refund per their return policy. After dozens of emails and broken promises still to refund.

    I ordered hearing aids from this company back in September. I ordered them for my elderly mother and unfortunately she passed away before she could use them. I called and was given directions on how to return them and was told once they received my return my refund would be processed in ten to fifteen days. They received my return on October fourth and here it is December eleventh and still no refund. I have contacted them several times and each time I am told it is being worked on. I have never dealt with company that takes this long for a refund. The refund request number I was given is #******

    On 7/24/23, I ordered a pair of hearing aids from Bossa Hearing **** The hearing aids arrived in the end of August under order #******. I tried them and discovered they did not work satisfactorily for me. Therefore I returned them on 8/10/23 well within the 90 days return period they specified, and have tracking information confirmation. I have called the the company 13 times, just about once a week, looking for my return of funds. Though they promise the funds will be fully refunded I have not received or seen any such activity in my checking account.

    We returned the product per the specs required. We have had numerous emails and phone calls. They ************** a refund; but apparently they don't know how to tell the truth! This has been going on since October 2023. They promise that the purchase amount will be refunded to our credit card, but it so far hasn't happened. Every time we contact them, it as if it is for the first time. They operate off a script and are totally unhelpful. The order was #******. We returned the hearing aids in original packaging and all the components were included like new condition. This is without a doubt the worst company we have ever dealt with.

    I have been promised a refund for weeks. It has now been 4 days since a promised refund after the BBB was involved . These people are a joke! When dealing with reputable businesses, if they promise a refund, it happens within hours; not days or weeks or never. The credit card company says no activity from Bossa has occurred.

    I ordered and returned Bossa hearing aids within the same week in June 2023. I followed their return procedures and received an acknowlegement from them that they were received. After many, many calls I still have not received my refund of $157. Please help me, I don't know what else I can do,

    I ordered a hearing aid from Bossa Hearing on August 12, 2023. The hearing aid did not work for me size wise in my ear canal, so I mailed it back on September 21, 2023. They came out with a smaller hearing aid and I exchanged the one that I returned for the smaller hearing aid, which I received at the end of September. The second hearing aid did not work for me either, as I have very small ear canals. I contacted them again and they said no problem to mail it back, and I would get a full refund if it was returned in good order which it was. I mailed back the second hearing aid on October 24, 2023. They received it on October 27, 2023. Their website states the following:Once the package has been received by our team, your refund will be processed within approximately **** business days. Once processed, a refund typically takes 3-5 business days to reach your bank account..I waited for my refund to show up in my account for approximately three weeks, and it never came. I called their customer service line and they said they would expedite it and that they were very sorry and it would be taken care of. I called again a couple weeks later because I still had not received it, and I got the same response. It is now been six weeks since they received the second hearing aid and I still do not have my refund. I feel like I have been very patient. After two phone calls to their customer service line and getting the same response, I feel like I am getting the runaround. I would sincerely appreciate you checking into this as I am retired and live off Social Security and would like to get my refund back from this company.
