I placed an order #****** for $141.44 on 10/03/23. When I closed out of the website, I was also charge for another order #***** for $152.95. I immediately contacted Bossa support to report this and to cancel #*****. I never received a refund.I did receive the hearing aids for #******. I only opened one package (there were 2) but the hearing aid only screeched and did not work. I believe it was defective. I contacted Bossa support and returned the entire order as per their instructions. I have not received a refund.Business Response

Bought Bossa Hearing Aids on 09/28/23. I tried them once and could tell they were not for me. I returned in the same week and did get confirmation of receipt of the item. I have yet to get my refund and have at least 15 emails back and forth with one excuse after another. Last email was 12/12 and I got no response as yet.Business Response

I ordered hearing aids from Bossa Hearing and was immediately dissatisfied and returned the hearing aid within 3 days of receiving them. Bossa has a 45 day return guarantee of refund but has thus far not refunded my money. I ordered these believing I would have help with my loss of hearing.They came, I wore them and discovered that they were not really hearing sides but sound augmenters.The background noises were overwhelming.I called and asked to return the devices.I was given instructions and I followed them step by step.Now 60+ days later, the refund is yet to be received. I haven't received my refund yet. I sent product in original package, clean, all accessories included I have been waiting over 8 weeks. I get plenty of kind words promising action on the refund every time I email. I think they are in trouble and don't have the funds to send me my money.Business Response

Package of hearing aids delivered June 12, 2023. Did not do what was advertised. It multiplied my tinitus. I returned it on June 20, 2023 with all products included, undamaged. I checked on the status on Aug. 22, Sept 25, and Oct. 20, 2023. Each time, they replied that finance team was currently working on my refund. Order # ****** for a TX5 hearing aid. I ordered hearing aids on June 16, 2023 and due to a delay from the company, I cancelled the order and received emails that the order (#******) would be cancelled and refunded. I have since then called, emailed and chatted with the company who have promised a refund. They sent another email confirming they will refund but it still has not come through. On each call, a customer service member confirms and ensures a refund is being processed but its been almost 6 months and nothing has been refunded. Each time there is some excuse provided but I feel truly taken advantage of at this point.Business Response

Ordered, paid & received hearing aids & returned to company within the time limit they allow. Sent them back in excellent condition. It has been approximately 50 business days.
