    I bought Bossa hearing aids around Oct 12, 2023. I returned them about 3 days later because I could not find a tip small enough to fit. When I did not get a refund after about 10 days I started to text them. I texted on 11/8/2023, 12/5/2023, 12/9/2023,12/12/2023, 12/15/2023, 12/18/2023 and today. They just keep apologizing and saying they will contact their finance department. I think I have been very patient. It's been over 2 months and I would like my account credited.for th $63.75 and $91.88.

    Ordered hearing aids with the understanding they were fully refundable! Have been trying to get refund since August ! Ordered August 21, have been back and forth with company several times trying to get refund! They say they are working to get this refunded!

    Return # ******Hearing aids returned and received October 12, 2023. Refund has not been issued. Provided delivery tracking and confirmation of receipt. Keep telling me it is with billing and refund within 3-5 days. Cant get firm commitment. They just keep delaying.

    I ordered "Hearing Aids" from Bossa Hearing on October 22, 2023. I received them on November 10. I wore them for about 2 weeks, and not only did I not like them, all they did was "amplify" all the sound around me. There was no relief from Tinnitus or anything else they claimed. They are not hearing aids but amplifiers. I returned them and they were received on November ************************************************************ accounting and should be sent shortly. This has yet to happened. I have opened a case with my credit card company, but I would like the refund back to my card immediately.

    On October 14, my husband ordered a hearing aid . On the next day we decided to cancel . They gave us a confrontation number ******. We have called 6 times. The answer is always the same that we will receive a email to my husband's email ********************* about when they will release our refund It was ordered from ********* We get emails about ads for bossa hearing aids but never get any emails about when our refund will be issued

    I purchased a set of hearing aids. They didnt work out and I was talked into an upgrade. These did not work out either so I returned everything I had and was expecting a full refund as per their money back guarantee but only received $12.53.

    I spent $247 and they are only refunding $12.53. I returned everything like I was advised to do and think my refund should be way more.

    Purchase was made on August 25, 2023 in the amount of approximately $90 I immediately returned the hearing aides as they did not work I have been trying to get my refund since then. I have repeatedly emailed the company and have been assured that they have expedited the refund and yet here it is the end of December and I have still not received my refund

    Placed order on Oct 28th ORDER #****** after inquiring about an eta was told **** business days..After that passed asked again and was told delays in parts shipping no eta...decided to cancle the order. Received cancelation email in Nov 20th but not a refund. Have emailed the company multiple times asking on the status of my refund and haven't had a single response.

    I ordered hearing aids for a family member who passed away before receiving them, so I returned them, following the company's return process. I have been waiting for the refund since September 18th. The company confirmed receipt of my return but as of this date, December 20, a refund has not been issued. Despite calling and emailing repeatedly over the last three months, no refund has been issued. I have been promised that my refund will be "expedited," but still no refund has been issued.

    This business does not provide a product in a timely manner and refuses to provide a refund for undelivered product even after assuring via email that I would be offered a choice of refund or priority replacement once deemed lost but they refuse to mark package as lost. Unscrupulous business practices and no product available once ordered
