    I purchased a pair of hearing aids for my Mother on Aug 13th. They didn't work out for her so I called Bossa and they upgraded our order to a smaller/better version of hearing aid on Sept 22nd. These also didn't work out and we returned them within the 45 day return window. Bossa's refund policy is that refund will occur within ***** days after confirmation of return of complete product. They received the hearing aids on November 16th. Since then I have sent 5 emails and made 3 phone calls. Each time I have been told that the refund is being processed by the finance team and that I could expect the refund soon. During the 1st call Dec 26, I was assured that my return was approved and that I would have the refund that day....nothing returned. I called again on Dec 29 and was told the money would be in my account by end of business day. That didn't happen. Called again on Jan 3rd and was told they were going to get right on it and find out what was happening with the finance **** in their company. Today is Jan 9th and I still have no refund.

    This is the response that I have had from Bossa.   As of 3:01 PM CST 1/17/**** I have received a total of $76.47.  I realize that the response said that the refund could take up to 3-7 business days but I have been told on several occasions that the refund would be in my account the day that I called and that never happened.  I am hesitant to say this issue is resolved until the full amount of $199.00 is in my account.

    Typically, a refund will hit your bank between seven and 10 business days for a debit card, while for credit cards, it can take anywhere between three and seven business days. Depending on the bank or credit card company's transaction posting time.
     
    We suggest monitoring your statements and calling your financial institution if you haven't received them in more than a week as it is out of our control once we issue them.

    We know how keen you are on this and that's understandable. The refund just issued last January 12th in our end and should reflect back in your account in the next few days.

    You may not see the refund yet in your bank account, but we assure it will be posted.Which we suggest to allow few more days and monitor from time to time.     They promised a refund in April of this year and I have a series of emails from them ever since promising but never delivering the refund. Very disheartening.

    I order a pair of Proton Hearing Aids on 10/16/2023 for $147.00. Upon ordering I verified with them that there was a 45 day NO Hassle return policy. I didn't receive the aids until 11/10/2023. I tried them for one day are realized they were not going to work for me so I called them to find out the return policy, address, what was needed, etc. I took them for return on 11/14/2023, they received on 11/19/2023. They originally said they did not receive them and requested the tracking number which I gave them immediately. Upon confirming that they HAD received them they told me ***** days for refund once they checked to make sure all in perfect condition, which I knew they were. They have told me NUMEROUS time the refund has been expedited and I have called, emailed, over 35 times to to avail. Order confirmation # ******. **** tracking # **** **** **** **** **** 24 I have never been so frustrated with anyone ever on trying to get a refund. Poor poor poor customer service to say the least. I have pleaded, begged, emailed, and called numerous times.

    I purchased a hearing aid from this company, order # ******, on Nov. 9, 2023. I was not satisfied with the item and was assured I could return it for a full refund of $149.97. Company confirmed return was received on Dec. 18, 2023. ***** days to refund $. Today is Jan. 8, ****. I continually contact company and get assurances from Andi that this should be done by now, etc. No money and no proactive steps from Bossa. Company is not transparent or truthful. I have email records of all that has transpired.

    Ordered a set of hearing aids for my mother. I can't remember the exact date but they took out of my debit account ***** on Dec 20 and another ***** on Dec. 21st. I do not know why the second charge! I contacted them on Dec 25 to cancel the order as my mom passed and would no longer need them.They responded the I would get a confirmation ***** hours. Never got a confirmation.I emailed them again on Dec 28 to ask when I could expect my refund.They replied 7 to 10 days.Jan 6 I contacted them again stating it had been 14 days and no refund.They said thy would send a note to the billing department and they would investigate and get back with **** told them if I didn't get my refund back by end of business day today that I was taking action. There response was for me to just be patient.I feel like I am getting scammed!!!I live on Social security and can't afford to just lose the money!

    I ordered hearing aids from Bossa hearing at the end of June and my credit card was charged on June 26th.They took longer to ship than they said but I finally got them end of July.I opened the package tried one on and they were much to big so I returned them the next day and and waited for my refund and it hasnt come as of todays date 1/7/24.Having read the other complaints its clear that this is normal for this company so I guess that the *** should be interested in their business plan so Ill contact them next.

    Ordered Bossa Hearing Aids on 12/18/2023 but immediately changed my mind and cancelled the order #****** via customer service phone call. Order was successfully cancelled on 12/18/2023. I was advised a few times via phone calls that it would be credited back to my card. I actually got an email that it has been refunded but, to date, my credit card transactions do not reflect a refund of $80.52. I'm concerned that they use delaying tactics to avoid rightful refunds. Please note that hearing aids were NOT shipped and I have never received any hearing aid merchandise.

    I ordered this for my mother, only to find out she had ordered another type and didnt need these. I had opened the box, but never took anything out. Nothing was worn. I sent an email request asking for a full refund on 11/13/2023. Received a response telling me I had to call for instructions. I called and they tried very hard to convince me to keep them, I wasnt interested and asked what they needed for a full refund. They said they would email instructions, which was received on 11/17/2023. I packaged up the item and mailed it through the **** on 11/18/2023. As Bossa required, I emailed them with the **** tracking number. They claimed the tracking number was not correct and was giving them an error. I confirmed it was correct and even sent them a photograph of the receipt which included the tracking number. They confirmed receipt of the number on 11/21/2023.On 12/13/2023, I emailed asking for an update, they said they were working on it and it had already been submitted to their billing department, please allow some time. I sent another email on 12/27/2023, they said that they just got word from our finance team that they are working on the refundsthey should be available very soon.No further word from Bossa, so I emailed one last time on 01/03/2024, stating this would be my last request before I took my next steps. On 01/04/2024, I received a response that were now going to escalate to the appropriate department. I realized this was going to be another stall tactic to hold my money until I did something like Im doing now, a complaint with the BBB. This company is either extremely inept or just trying to hold on to others money for as long as possible, either way, I want my refund in full.     12/22/23 went on line bought and paid for vossa hearing aids for my mom for Christmas I was told it would be **** days so I tried to contact them after 15 days only to get a email saying they were having trouble with production they would have the production /shipping people send me a tracking info have been getting the run around ever since
