    On 12/29/23 I ordered hearing aids which were supposed to be delivered within 7 days. On 1/11/24 I contacted customer service which advised that the ********************** aids would be shipped by 1/15 and I would receive a tracking number. I tried contacting them again several times and was unable to reach a customer service representative and was told to leave my email which I did. I am still waiting for an answer. The company keeps sending me offers to purchase additional items but will not deliver what I paid for.

    On 10/2/23 I order the ***5 Mini hearing aids from Bossa Hearing Order #: E8F760FB9A. They arrived on approx. 10/20. They fit poorly and made a whooshing sound that I couldn't regulate. I was told I could return them, which I did shortly after. The company confirmed that my returned hearing aids arrived at their warehouse on 11/24/23, tracking number: **** **** **** **** **** 44. Since then, I've emailed several times, asking where my refund of $71.98 is. Each time I'm answered with "We're checking into it." No date, and obviously no refund. When I call, I receive a recorded message stating that someone will get back to me. Never happens.

    In mid 2023 I purchased a Tx-5 mini plus for $116.47 and returned it on9-19-23 (return #******) and a Proton *** for $147.00 (return #******). Neither one would stay in my ears. During the interim I have called their customer service 4 times and requested the monies be returned to my credit card. Each time I was told it was being processed and I should receive the refund in 3-7 business days. This was an out and out lie. The response was a canned reply. Please help me recover my funds. I am 86 years old and on a fixed income. Thank you for assisting me

    On November 27, 2023 we purchased hearing aids for $95.14. They assured us we could return them within 45 days for a full refund if they did not work. Not only did they not work, but the high-pitched noise they created was injurious! The hearing aids were immediately packed up to be returned, and return was requested on December 15. All directions were followed exactly and the tracking said they received them back on December 26. Accessory kits cables, charging block, charging case, and the hearing aids themselves were photographed and returned in pristine condition. The accessories were not even unpacked or used. We have emailed back-and-forth several times, but keep getting a computer generated reply. They will not refund the money. They are taking advantage of senior citizens on Social Security.

    I purchased the hearing aids in good faith 11/12/2023. Paid in full for an upgraded model. They performed terribly and did not fit in my ear correctly. They have a no contest return policy for 45 days. I contacted them about a refund, got the return order number from them and a confirmation that they received them on 12/12/23. They have never contacted me about the refund, but I have contacted them several times since then. I was told I should have received it by now by them. All I get is a runaround, lies, and deception. I have saved all correspondence. It is now 1/19/2024 and have yet to receive my refund.

    September 30, 2023, we ordered hearing aids from Bossa Hearing, we were advised that if we werent satisfied we could return them within 45days. We received the product on October 23, 2023. We sent them back on November 7, 2023 and they received them on November 10, 2023.

    I purchased hearing aids on 1/4/2024 and got a tracking number and a guarantee of their arrival within 4 to 7 business days. Two weeks later, I tried to call the company and their phone number is no longer in service. I still have no hearing aids yet and no refund was given to me. I feel like I've been scammed.

    I ordered hearing aides in March. Got my Discover card today. And they took $ ***** on 12/14/2023 and i have not received them. Order # ******. They won't answer text or phone. I got no tracking number. I need these soon as possible.
