    I will believe this once the check has been received & cleared the bank.  I have been told numerous times that the refund was being sent.  I will keep this complaint open until such time.

    I ordered a pair of hearing aids the end of December to be a backup to The ones I have.I did not receive them in two weeks time and my original ones were repaired.On Jan 7 I wrote to the company to cancel the order and requested refund.I have contacted this company several times to ask about refund only to get the same response each time. It is under review and we will be back in touch.It is now Jan 28 **** and I have not received a refund.This is a scam from this place.

    I have heard this response from them before and have not had a refund.  I will give them another 5 days froM today January 29 to refund the monies.  If I dont receive the refund by Friday February 2 I will contact you again.

    ordered hearing aids in November of 2023. changed my mind and cancelled when they told me with would be 12 days before they could ship. miraculously they were able to ship the next day. I requested a return and it was approved. I returned the package unopened to them on 11/27/2023. I've probably contacted them at least 20 times since that and all I get is apologies and lies and the run around. say they are escalating the issue to their refund team. I want my money.....they have my money and my returned product. I call that theft!

    I originally contacted the company on 11/15/2023 explaining I wanted to return their product due to not working correctly and wanting a refund. On Nov 21srt I was sent the information on how to return. They had requested I called but that is difficult for me to do, for I am battling stage 4 lung/brain cancer. On 12/4/2023 I went to *** and had the packaged returned and was received on 12/8/2023 and was signed for by *******. And this is were the nightmare begins, On 12/18/2023 I requested an update on my refund, they requested the tracking number which I supplied. I was then informed it would ***** days for the process from making sure all parts where received and then to issue refund. I waited the the time and began emailing about refund and keep getting the same reply. How they ae so sorry for the inconvenience and will escalate to the billing department and yet still nothing. Shouldn't be taking advantage of people like this, and I can't keep battling this, my cancer takes enough of my energy and this takes the rest. Want to enjoy life not fighting this.

    I saw that the company replied saying refund sent and blaming my bank for holding it up.  I waited till today bring yesterday holiday and still nothing in my account or at the bank waiting to be deposited.  Can we find out more information on the refund.  This is ridiculous now with them.

    I returned an item in September 2023 and was told it would be processed in 10 to 15 days.I have been in contact and have received the same statement that the matter was sent to the billing department. I have not received any action on this.A screenshot of one of the many correspondences is attached.

    I purchased the aids Dec 6th ,they overcharged me ,I called them and they sent me the overcharge I received the hearing aids and they did not work for me I text them and they said I could send them back so I did ,I was supposed to get a refund of ***** it has been 7 weeks ,I have text them with no answer no reply at all ,I am 89 yrs old and disabled ,I cant afford to loose that kind of money ,please help me Thank you

    It was taking to long to fill my order so I call them to cancel my order but they couldn't because they had started fill the order on the same day. Bossa told me to refuse the package when the **** deliver it and I would get my refund when they got the package back. This was back on Oct. 25, 2023 They sent me an email that they got the package and that the refund was going to be giving.I have sent them an email every week since than and they keep telling me that there working on it but I don't believe them any more.

    Bossa Hearing ordered 11/27/2023 and paid with cc 11/28/2023 Received 12/2023-returned 12/2023 Sent numerous emails for refund as I am within the 45 day return by date No refund as of January 25, ****-which is almost 2 months since order was made.I get the run around emails constantly HELP

    I was not satisfied with the product. I returned everything intact and it was received by Bossa on 12-5-23, refund number ******. Total cost $81.54. I sent six emails and three phone calls, the last two calls I was promised I would get the refund the last one was January 16 and still nothing

    I ordered hearing aids from Bossa on October 18th, 2023 and on that date they deducted $95.14 from my account for the order. In early November I received the hearing aids and they did not work for me. I returned the hearing aids as requested on November 22nd and I have documentation of the fact from the post office. I was told by Bossa that they have received them. I have phoned them 3 times to check the status of my refund and each time I have been told they were sending the information to billing and I would see the refund in my checking account shortly. The first call was just after I sent them back and the other 2 were December 8th and December 28th. It is now January 24th and still no refund.Account # ****** Return Tracking #*************************** I saw an ad online for the product.
