    My husband had theAudienk pro for several years and needed another pair. The Atom 2 were on sale so I ordered those. When we received them one did not work but they promptly sent a replacement. As it turned out he did not like them as good as the Pros so when I notified them they exchanged them for the difference in price. I have had all good experiences with Audien

    I am currently retired now and have a lifetime of hearing loss including all the tests. My Mother purchased my first pair of hearing aids probably thirty years ago.Those were prescription type. In my opinion they weren't worth it. All the replaceable batteries was a hassle. Yet to say I gave up on them when one of aids broke! Another span of time goes by until I did my research on all the FDA approved, over the counter hearing aids. I've had a bad experience with a company along with their product and service etc. and regret even giving them a try.
    Consumer Reports gave Audien Hearing high marks and praise. I went with them and give much recommendations. I bought the Atom Pro 2 version and am so happy I did. The phenomenal simplicity of Audien has been nothing short of impeccable in my book! Being part of the family let's say, the reach out on their behalf has been so appreciated / helpful.I personally have found my new norm and feel accustomed early. I have been wearing for less than a week but I am still being patient in this process. Taking it easy, taking breaks if I feel that I need one. The fact that these are rechargeable is a big PLUS. Sure I hit the volume button upon insertion or adjusting the fit but that's to be expected until you become more familiar with them. Well happy sounds of this world. Don't miss it!

    While I do not have a complaint about customer service (yet), I do have a complaint about the hearing aids. I am currently wearing a replacement pair that I received after the first pair started having issues. The first pair lasted about a month (if that). One issue I had was with the ear domes. It was hard to find a good fit. The hearing aids had to constantly be pushed back into my ears. The other issue was that the sound started to go in and out. Eventually, the sound was completely gone. I contacted customer service and received a replacement pair. I sent the faulty pair back to Audien. I have had the current pair for about a week, and they are not working properly. An overall issue is not being able to use the phone while wearing them. I must either use the speakerphone or remove the hearing aids. It is an inconvenience. If I had to choose all over again, I would not choose these hearing aids.

    I Returned the Audien hearing aids after telling them that my bank account had been compromised when noticing after only 10 minutes later that someone had hacked my account.. they did nothing so I had to wait for the delivery RETURN TO SENDER I received a notice that Audien had received the product.. this being a couple weeks ago and still have yet to receive my Refund?

    I like Audien hearing aids; they are comfortable, and the volume control works well for me. I had a problem with one aid showing as charged but with no volume. I tried their support suggestions to troubleshoot this problem, but it didn't help. They agreed to replace the aids, and I'm waiting for my replacement set. Support has been great in responding and willing to help

    I bought the Audien Hearing aids for my wife but they didn't help her problem. I asked for a refund and was referred to their website to file for it. When trying to file, I had problems with the website but their customer service helped with the return and shipping label. Thank you Audien

    The product is very good with good quality and very reasonable price. When I called with questions, both times the answers were timely and very accurate. (I posed the questions via email.)I am very pleased with the product!

    I purchased the hearing aids during their black Friday Sale 2024. The hearing aids were never shipped. I finally recieved them. I have had nothing but problems with the right ear not working properly. The company has replaced them several times. I continue to have the same problem. Now the company is refusing to refund my money. I have not had 45 days of a properly working set of hearing aids. I guess they assume I'll give up, sorry but $400 is alot of money for my 80 year old father.
