    Some years ago, I paid $5,500 for an audiologist-fitted set of hearing aids. I was never totally satisfied with their performance, but figured that I probably couldn't do better. Several weeks ago, out of curiosity, I bought a pair of Audien Atom Pros. The improvement in volume and hearing quality was impressive. I have retired my former hearing aids, and am quite happily relying on the Audien pair. I am not just satisfied with Audien, I am delighted.

    I had a problem with one of the earpieces when it arrived. I contacted customer service and my rep ****** responded within an hour, professional and knowledgeable, and had a replacement set on its way to me the same day. Who does that anymore!!? Thanks, Feylin, you rock!!

    I cannot say enough good about Audien! I just ordered another pair of Atoms as a backup set. The fit is great and I can easily adjust volume to my preference. The customer service I received was helpful and I was treated with courtesy. I will continue to recommend Audien to my friends. I wish there were 10 stars to give them.....

    I ordered The Atom hearing device for my husband In which he received very promptlythere was some damage &had to be replaced.My husband liked very much. The sound he said was better than his most expensive pair but even though he tried, tried & tried with different size tips they would fall out. He lost one device & ordered another set but the same thing happened.I asked customer service if there were different type of tips that *** hold them in but didnt have an interest in researching, but all other calls were handled very courteous & promptly!Thank you,

    ******,I am glad your husband thought our devices were better than his more expensive ones. We apologize, but defects happen. I am glad we could take care of you promptly. The tips we provide are the tips we currently offer. We are working on creating more variety of earbuds.I am a bit confused by the star rating as it seems the only problem was keeping track of the devices! They can fall out due to fit, but also due to wax buildup. We also have an unlimited warranty for purchase that covers loss. In your husbands case, I would suggest considering this warranty for $4/month.Don't hesitate to contact us if you need anything.

    I purchased Atom Pro early this year. As a first time user I was skeptical and wary of scams. However their price v was worth a try. I called customer service a few times who were extremely helpful guiding me along. The unit worked ************* was great so I just purchased my second pair as backup. Great product, **************** Can't ask for more. *********************

    You have to be patient if you initially have problems. You have to maintain the hearing aids. For ?$4 a month you can get replacement hearing aids for $25. I just kept on because I broke my first set. I got replacement for free since it was under 45 days. So far so good. For $99 they're great.

    The Audien Atom is literally the definition of a defective product. Some would also define this as a legitimate scam. Also note their return process is meant for you to give up and eat the $100 you spent instead of dealing with their subpar customer service. Don't be like me. Avoid this company.

This is because our support attempted to answer your tickets multiple times with no response. It seems you created new tickets instead of responding to the already active ones. Our team is trained to close unanswered reviews after one week.Unfortunately, I do not see a single request for a refund. According to our policy, you still have a few weeks to return your devices. Please call us at ************ so we can resolve this matter. I will also have our support team email you a return label. Please check as soon as possible so we can process your return.

    Worked great till it stopped working after 3 weeks. After 21 phone calls, I sent them back, they verified they received them. I'm still looking for a replacement or refund as described in their warranty.They left me with no aids and kept the money!

    *****,After personally reviewing your order I can see that you reported your devices as defective. After our team helped with troubleshooting it seemed we needed to send you a replacement pair. The last point of communication we have is when you notified us to cancel your replacement order on 10/4 because you had gotten the devices to work again!If you are experiencing problems again, please contact us. From the information we were given, it is difficult for us to determine if you are still experiencing issues. If that is the case we would love to solve these problems as soon as possible!

    Your response sounds good, but you are not telling the truth.After all the calls, you confirmed receiving the returned product??The issue is that YOU CONTINUE TO AVOID ISSUING A REFUND

    This company is garbage. My aids went dead within a month and even though I had the insurance they would not send a replacement. Do not do business with this company.

    ****,After personally reviewing your order Id like to apologize for the defective pair you initially received. I also see you received a replacement pair on 9/30. Another replacement was recently requested. As of 10/27. I will fulfill that request now for no additional cost. Normally, our policy with insurance includes a small fee upon replacements.
