      I had a website designer working for me that was supposed to purchase the Domain in MY name and he did a scam and lied to me and put the Domain in HiS name, now I can't get to my Domain to run boat charters. I have contacted Namecheap several times in Emails, twice in Chats and once by Registered Mail. ******** ******* signed for the Registered Letter two weeks ago and I still have ZERO responses from them. I hunted ******** ******* down today on LinkedIn and sent her a copy of the card she signed for the Letter and asked her "Who do I follow up with?" No response again. How are these people in business? Its' been a year and my business is going down the dumpers because of these evil F's

      Namecheap Has Overcharged me more than once in less than a Year and Disabled my website...I had to pay again for it to be up and I did not get back my 1st Two payments back as of yet....They had me login and send this and that code fpr verification ..which was very exhauting. . from 9/30/2023 ...Reference # ***************** and Reference# ********L000R03F5 amounts is $ ***** and the other is $15.16 I need my money back ASAP to be mailed to me by check.

      NEVER, EVER USE THIS STEALING, LYING DISGUSTING COMPANY. They lie, steal, cheat and everything else. Their customer service agents are trained to make things impossible, their website doesnt work, on and on.

      Horrible company with horrible customer service Do NOT host your business using a namecheap service. Their customer service doesnt communicate well. They have constant outages lasting 15+ hours.

      I canceled my subscription; however, the company keeps taking money from my account. I've had to fight with them to stop. I enlisted my bank for help which helped. But once again I see my account negative $100 again. Do not sign up with this company.

      - Read the fine print. There's no Let's Encrypt support; they make you think they offer a free lifetime SSL when they don't. They must be more focused on explaining exactly how it works, instead of "making the sale".- I created a script to solve my SSL problem. It worked fine in my Linux test environment but failed in theirs live environment. They said they can't allow scripts to run in their shared hosted services. They should be able to review and vet scripts to automate this process.- They quoted one price and then changed it. Initially, they told me the renewal price for my "Stellar Business" plan was $110, but now they're saying it's $216! That really upset me. I had to escalate the case, and then they said it was about $216 because they had me on a biannual plan, not a yearly one. The level 1 representative in ***** gave me the wrong price, which was so frustrating, and then ended the chat without my consent. Thus the reason why I escalated. I really miss when the entire team was in *******. With the level 1 team in *****, the service has been terrible. I'm never happy with their support now. I used to be very satisfied with their customer support; the move just made it bad. They should move it back to *******.

      No problems with their domain name registry services. But If you chat with their technical support people concerning some of their more technical services you could be in trouble. For me, they pasted outdated step by step videos and instructions to navigate the settings areas. I went through 3 tech people and I got the impression they were not actually familiar with the website settings so they *********** instructions and videos based on the topic at hand. One evasive chat person simply disconnected our chat. It would have been better customer service if the person had just simply said, "Let me find someone who can help you better with your problem."

      I am deeply frustrated with how Namecheap has handled my situation. Initially, they challenged my account based on my ******* identity. When I proved my residency in ****** and legal business registration in ******, they shifted their focus to the Persian language of my site. Despite my efforts to comply, they have not reviewed my content and insist on removal simply because it's in Persian. This is not just unprofessional, it's discriminatory. After weeks of waiting, I only received dismissive responses. This is no way to treat customers

      Waste of money and time. No secure especially from foreign hackers/spammers. Lousy customer support. False advertisement.We bought a VPS Quasar account as our hosting. We've been patient with them for our first year of service 2021. But since last year we're having problem, their tech support are not really helpful even just simple setting the **** They will just tell you what to do, give links to their instruction page but if you're not a techy person you'll get lost.This year is the worst. We lost our client because our VPS account got hack from internal. We don't give our password to anyone and the way the spammers created their user account was in the back office. From having several months of dialogue that i reported to them, instead of fixing, they are telling me how to fix which i already told them that's internal. Without providing a clear solution & not cleaning it, they deleted our account. We lost several of our websites including our high end client. If anyone of you experience the same thing. Please write to use at sales [at] resultsmarketingpartners.com as we are gathering companies to file a formal lawsuit to our Attorney General. Thank you!Big companies like this needs to pay attention even we are only small business. But they don't care at all.
